★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La trattoria "Al filo d'olio" di Melendugno merita una sosta. La cucina è eccellente. Il servizio è l'ideale per chi cerca, al tempo stesso, informalita' e professionalità. Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime linguine ai ricci di mare, ravioli alla rucola e dei superbi spaghetti freschi alla barbabietola, cacio e pepe con crudo di gambero rosso e scorzetta di limone. Non aggiungo altro. Ci siamo ritornati dopo due giorni. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che soddisfacente. Lo consigliamo decisamente.
The restaurant "Al filo d'olio" in Melendugno deserves a stop. The cuisine is excellent. The service is ideal for those looking for informality and professionalism at the same time. We ate some excellent linguine with sea urchins, ravioli with rocket and superb fresh spaghetti with beetroot, cheese and pepper with raw red shrimp and lemon zest. I do not add anything else. We returned after two days. Value for money more than satisfactory. We definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very great diner at Al filo d’olio trattoria. The food was very fresh and tasteful. The waiters were very kind and were always at our table at the exact right time. As a desert they promoted their homemade (everything was homemade by the way) tiramisu. The tiramisu was outstanding! Thank you for the lovely evening!
