Purtroppo non ho avuto un riscontro positivo per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza e la disponibilità verso il cliente. Sono stata varie volte a cena e fatalità, nonostante la poca affluenza, mi è sempre stato rifilato il solito ed identico posto vicino alla cucina. Poi nessun consiglio sul menù offertomi dalla inserviente, nessuna indicazione..il nulla! Molto delusa per tale aspetto. Il cliente va coccolato,e non visto come una scocciatura. Buona la cucina...da migliorare il servizio al cliente a mio avviso. Unfortunately I have not had a positive response regarding the welcome and availability towards the customer. I have been several times for dinner and inevitably, despite the low turnout, I have always been given the usual and identical place near the kitchen. Then no advice on the menu offered to me by the attendant, no indication .. nothing! Very disappointed in this aspect. The customer must be pampered, and not seen as a nuisance. Siamo entrati alle ore 12:30 ( 12:25 alla tedesca ma vabbe dettagli) e usciti con tanta fame alle 14:40 con fame. Il servizio è stato pessimo, il personale non adeguato e i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l altra sono stati lunghi. Non ci torno mai più e lo sconsiglio. Ho degustato miglior pesce in Germania. Saluti? I am from Germany today I was invited by the beautiful and elegant Mr. Modolo Barbara. We entered at 12:30 (12:25 in the German style but anyway details) and left with a lot of hunger at 14:40 with hunger. The service was bad, the staff inadequate and the waiting times between courses were long. I never go back and I advise against it. I tasted best fish in Germany. Greetings?

G	Gianmarco Cantafio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and High skilled staff The menú is good cause it isn't too much long, they work with seasonal seafood then you can't find the same grilled fish in December or in August. The crudité were excellent and the fried seafood was superlative. We met the chef it was so kind and we chatted a little. Probably the only one little suggestion I feel to give is to lightly improve the wine chart simply to emphasize the great quality of fish.
