Prezzi ingresso un po'Altini, prezzi cibo nella norma della tipologia di posto. V	Vale _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscina molto grande e pulita o almeni abbastanza pulita, animatori simpatici e alla mano i bagnini meno con ci sono mai( infatti ho dovuto aprire l'ombrellone sola). Servizio al bar lentissimo e le bevande servite calde in più poca varietà su un pò tutto. Do comunque 3 stelle perché il posto merita, ma da rifinire lo staff Very large and clean pool or at least clean enough, nice entertainers and the least with lifeguards there are never (in fact I had to open the umbrella alone). Very slow service at the bar and drinks served hot in little variety on a little bit of everything. I still give 3 stars because the place deserves it, but the staff need to be refined

Non c’è animazione e si paga il medesimo prezzo degli altri giorni. Se si sponsorizza un servizio bisogna avere la stessa continuità quotidianamente e non modificare in base al giorno. Quindi se volete animazione e divertimento non andate I Lunedì. It is a beautiful swimming pool on the slopes of Etna. The entertainers are very nice and the staff very friendly. To avoid on Mondays. There is no entertainment and you pay the same price as on the other days. If you sponsor a service you must have the same continuity every day and not change according to the day. So if you want entertainment and fun don't go on Mondays.

L unica pecca : sono i bagnini ………che sono molto severi , ma soprattutto presuntuosi .Ci sono molte regole assurde in piscina.Noi adulti non possiamo appoggiarci nel muretto della piscina a sorvegliare i nostri figli , quindi i bambini che stanno imparando a nuotare non possono stare all ingresso (altezza media dell acqua) ma, devono stare o nella piscina bassa(altezza sotto ginocchio) o direttamente nell acqua alta (rischio di annegare ) Ditemi voi ,dove devono nuotare? Morale della favola ,i miei figli come tanti altri ,rimproverati senza fare nulla, senza poter divertirsi ,è una vergogna …..dopo aver pagato e consumato all interno della struttura . Cambiate regole , se volete che molte persone non si lamentano come ieri. Perché noi …… non verremmo più. Beautiful place, clean, and well organized. The only flaw: they are the lifeguards ......... who are very strict, but above all presumptuous. There are many absurd rules in the pool.We adults cannot lean on the pool wall to supervise our children, therefore children who are learning to swim they cannot stand at the entrance (average height of the water) but, they must stay either in the low pool (height below the knee) or directly in the high water (risk of drowning) Tell me, where should they swim? Moral of the story, my children like so many others, scolded without doing anything, without being able to have fun, it's a shame ... ..after having paid and consumed inside the structure. Change the rules if you want many people not to complain like yesterday. Because we ... ... we would not come anymore.

UN posto perfettamente pulito dove trascorro in sicurezza le mie giornate estive. Splendida piscina, l'unica dove non prendo funghi. Pulita e sicura sopratutto per i bimbi. Anche io che sono una frana riesci a ballare con i ragazzi dell'animazione sempre più bravi. Avete scelto il top dell'animazione. Complimenti per tutto lo stra consiglio! Kindness Sympathy Cheerfulness ... Excellent reception staff at the restaurant. A perfectly clean place where I safely spend my summer days. Wonderful swimming pool, the only one where I don't take mushrooms. Clean and safe especially for children. Even I, who am a landslide, manage to dance with the increasingly good animation guys. Devo dire che non è male, molto pulito ed i bagnini presenti è molto disponibili...tutto organizzato bene, l'unica pecca il cibo ( almeno ciò che ho preso io, un piatto di casarecci con funghi e pomodoro) immangiabile, molto secca è senza un pizzico di sale. Peccato, se questo andava bene avrei garantito 5 stelle. I went for the first time just today. I must say that it is not bad, very clean and the lifeguards present are very helpful ... all organized well, the only flaw is the food (at least what I took, a plate of casarecci with mushrooms and tomato) inedible, very dry it is without a pinch of salt. Too bad, if this went well I would have guaranteed 5 stars.
d	diana duque mora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy a 10 entry pass. You paid 100 euros for it and as Italians are not clear in rules, you are depending of the mood of the person in the reception. I bought it and I was allowed Saturdays and Sundays, one weekend a lady said the bonus were not allow to use during weekends. What a joke! When they were selling I asked it about at the moment of purchase and they said yes! Very unprofessional service and rude after sales service
