Room very clean, modern, and fresh even if out side it's very hot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff MAY have been a bit standoff-ish at first but a LITTLE effort in broken Italian and they seemed to warm up just fine. Breakfast was pretty standard with fruit,yogurt, cereal, coffee bar, croissants, etc and the room was really clean and comfortable with a grill out back on the patio, flat screen TV, free wi-fi was also included and there was a nice courtyard with chairs to hangout on just outside the reception office. I felt like it was extremely affordable even for the off season. Mondello is within walking distance, a Palermo bus ticket is less then 2euro and Capo Gallo is just a short hike up the road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the bnb is absolutely superb. Very attentive and helpful. There are two main drwbacks though. Firstly, it is very noisy. During weekends noise from the street kept me awaik till 3am. As many bikes and cars with loud music circulating in the main street. Secondly, mosquitos there are many if them in the evening. Opening door for a minute resulted in number of them in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for italian hotel. Choice of fresh bakery and some ham and salamy. Could be a nice hotel if not that noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very obliging and always with a smile. As has been said the cleanliness was spot on. I would recommend it to anyone. Didn't hear much noise at night so can't complain about that. Mondello is a lovely little seaside location withwithin easy reach of Palermo by bus and the tickets were cheap. There's something for all ages. Absolutely loved the guy driving round mainly at weekends with the boom box blaring in his little car! A vibrant place to stay. Thank you for making our week at the end of Sept thoroughly enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel, nice and friendly staff, clean room, they lend us beach umbrella and chairs for all the days we stayed. Nice breakfast and lady was serving the coffee was very kind and cheerful. I'm very happy with this hotel.
