★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda veramente seria, ho comprato un barbecue e dopo averlo provato mi sono accorto che aveva un piccolo problema di accensione, mi hanno mandato il Corriere per il ritiro e mi hanno riconsegnato il tutto revisionato in 2 giorni. Sono seri e il barbecue è il Top. grazie Airone
Really serious company, I bought a barbecue and after trying it I realized that it had a small ignition problem, they sent me the Courier for collection and they returned it all overhauled in 2 days. They are serious and the barbecue is top. thanks Heron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima azienda e altamente professionale. Il titolate, sig. Patrick è veramente una persona squisita, per dirla tutta è profondamente innamorato delle sue creazioni dei vari modelli di BBQ. Da notare che oltre ai modelli di catalogo può eseguire anche su richiesta. I prezzi, beh... se li paragoniamo anche a quelli più costosi, questi sono un altro pianeta. Consigli altissimo !!!
Excellent company and highly professional. The titular, Mr. Patrick is truly an exquisite person, to be honest he is deeply in love with his creations of the various models of BBQ. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un anno ho avuto un problema con la mia piastra da 60 che ogni tanto mentre cuocevo si spegneva improvvisamente.Chiamata l' azienda x discutere del problema........non mi hanno nemmeno fatto finire di parlare che il giorno dopo e' arrivato il corriere per il ritiro....(TUTTO A CARICO LORO).Anche la consegna e la riparazione e' avvenuta in circa 3 gg. Soddisfatto e' dire poco!!!GRAZIE.
After a year I had a problem with my 60 plate that sometimes turned off suddenly while I was cooking. Call the company to discuss the problem ........ they didn't even let me finish talking that the next day the courier has arrived for collection .... (ALL PAYED TO THEM). Even the delivery and repair took place in about 3 days. Satisfied and to say little !!! THANK YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti di buona qualità e rifiniti bene anche se migliorabili , peccato x l'azienda che non sia del tutto corretta e professionale. Volevo riacquistare un altra piastra e dopo più di un mese con diversi messaggi e chiamate e parole confortanti del tipo "glielo mando subito " devo ancora ricevere il preventivo, e poi pubblicizzano sul loro sito "preventivi in 1 ora". Non oso pensare se avessi un problema.Già con la prima piastra ci sono stati dei ritardi , ma avevo pensato che fosse stato una casualità , cose che capitano.; ma la cosa invece mi sembra di routine.
Good quality products and well finished even if they can be improved, too bad for the company that is not entirely correct and professional. I wanted to buy another plate and after more than a month with different messages and calls and comforting words of the type "I send it immediately" I still have to receive the quote, and then advertise on their site "quotes in 1 hour". I dare not think if I had a problem. Already with the first plate there were delays, but I thought it was a coincidence, things that happen .; but it seems routine to me.

ho acquistato barbecue Serie 80 - Griglia e 1 Fuoco completo di vari accessori, ho inserito i berbecue all'interno di un caminetto in terrazza , Fantastico..!!!
in Agosto scorso sono andato in azienda Airone a prendere il prodotto senza spedizione con corriere per avere la sicurezza sull'itegrità del prodotto evitando cosi danni da trasporto...(sono molto pignolo).
Dopo qualche giorno quando ho aperto l'imballaggio del prodotto mi sono accorto di una piccola ammaccatura all'interno del barbecue,
ho chiamato subito Airone Barbecue e la sig Stefania che mi ha seguito durante tutta la fase di acquisto con pazienza infinita, dopo aver posto il problema al sig. Patrik ha organizzato subito il ritiro del barbecue con sostituzione immediata con spese di trasporto a carico loro,
voglio precisare che il piccolo difetto era quasi irrilevante ma essendo io un tecnico molto pignolo e perfezionista questa cosa mi dava fastidio, loro fin da subito non hanno esitato un attimo dando la precedenza assoluta alla mia soddisfazione come cliente...
che dire azienda al top come prodotti, come cortesia

I bought barbecue Series 80 - Grill and 1 Fire complete with various accessories, I inserted the barbecue inside a fireplace on the terrace, Fantastic .. !!!
last August I went to the Airone company to take the product without shipping by courier to be sure of the integrity of the product thus avoiding transport damage ... (I'm very fussy).
After a few days when I opened the packaging of the product I noticed a small dent inside the barbecue,
I immediately called Airone Barbecue and Mr. Stefania who followed me throughout the purchase phase with infinite patience, after having posed the problem to Mr. Patrik immediately organized the collection of the barbecue with immediate replacement with transport costs to be paid by them,
I want to specify that the small defect was almost irrelevant but being a very fussy and perfectionist technician this thing bothered me, they immediately did not hesitate a moment giving absolute priority to my satisfaction as a customer ...
what about a company at the top in terms of products, as a courtesy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora una volta Airone Barbecue ha dimostrato di essere una azienda al Top, molto seria ed attenta alle esigenze del cliente.
Non mi dilungherò a ripetere le tantissime recensioni positive che condivido pienamente, ma vorrei parlare di un argomento che pochi considerano, ed è quello del "post vendita".
Ho acquistato una piastra ad incasso ben 5 anni fa che uso tantissimo con grande soddisfazione; la mia versione di piastra prevedeva l'accensione dei bruciatori premendo sui rubinetti del gas e qualche volta mi è capitato di avere difficoltà nell'accensione. Interpellati per vedere di risolvere il problema, mi hanno proposto immediatamente e senza esitazioni il ritiro della piastra per un aggiornamento.
Hanno mandato il corriere per il ritiro e in pochissimi giorni mi hanno rispedito la piastra dopo aver sostituito la centralina e il porta batteria, sostituito i bruciatori, inserito pulsante di accensione ed effettuato un check. Il tutto a carico loro in garanzia: meglio di così non saprei!!!
Grazie ancora alla gentilissima signora Stefania che mi ha seguito e al sig. Patrick Camerin e alle sue maestranze.

I will not go into repeating the many positive reviews that I fully share, but I would like to talk about a topic that few consider, and it is that of "after sales".
I bought a built-in plate 5 years ago that I use a lot with great satisfaction; my version of the plate provided for the ignition of the burners by pressing on the gas taps and sometimes I have had difficulty in lighting. Asked to see how to solve the problem, they immediately and without hesitation offered me the withdrawal of the plate for an update.
They sent the courier for collection and in a few days they sent the plate back to me after having replaced the control unit and the battery holder, replaced the burners, inserted the ignition button and carried out a check. All at their expense under warranty: I don't know better than that !!!
Thanks again to the very kind Mrs. Stefania who followed me and to Mr. Patrick Camerin and his workers.
