★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un casco Airoh stb501. L’ho mandato in assistenza a causa di spifferi rumorosi e acqua che entravano dalla visiera. I problemi riscontrati non sono stati risolti anzi sono peggiorati. Direi che non comprerò mai più un casco Airoh sia per la qualità scarsa sia per l’inaffidabile assistenza. Facendogli notare che i problemi non sono stati risolti non mi hanno più risposto e adesso io ho un casco nuovo che non funziona, non credo sia un modo serio di assistere i clienti insoddisfatti.
I purchased an Airoh stb501 helmet. I sent him to assistance because of noisy drafts and water that entered the visor. The problems encountered have not been resolved but have worsened. I would say that I will never buy an Airoh helmet again, both for the poor quality and for the unreliable assistance. Pointing out that the problems have not been resolved, they have no longer answered me and now I have a new helmet that does not work, I do not think it is a serious way to assist dissatisfied customers.
