E' stato proprio Daniele a guidarci in tutto i passaggi, dalla stesura della proposta, la contrattazione con la proprietà e la risoluzione di tutti i piccoli contrattempi che ci possono essere in un processo così lungo e in certi casi complesso. Consiglierei questa agenzia ad occhi chiusi.
My wife and I bought our house using Daniele Aimone's mediation without any hitch. It was Daniele himself who guided us through all the steps, from the drafting of the proposal, the bargaining with the owners and the resolution of all the small setbacks that can occur in such a long and in some cases complex process. I would recommend this agency with my eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniele è un professionista a tutto tondo: serio ma sempre comprensivo ed umano, scrupoloso ed attento, estremamente disponibile ma soprattutto in grado di entrare in sintonia con il cliente, comprendendo la delicatezza di un passo importante come l’acquisto di una casa. Il nostro caso è stato forse eccezionale: abbiamo visto un solo immobile quasi per gioco, ma ne siamo rimasti folgorati: è così che nel giro di pochi mesi ci siamo trasferiti ed abbiamo comprato la nostra prima casa.
Senza Daniele tutto ciò non sarebbe stato possibile, ci ha seguiti dal primo sguardo all’ultima firma in questo viaggio che – sebbene non senza peripezie – è stato bellissimo e soprattutto sicuro, grazie alla sua professionalità e persona.
Daniele is an all-round professional: serious but always understanding and humane, scrupulous and attentive, extremely helpful but above all able to get in tune with the customer, understanding the delicacy of an important step such as buying a house. Our case was perhaps exceptional: we saw only one property almost as a joke, but we were struck by it: this is how in a few months we moved and bought our first home.
Without Daniele all this would not have been possible, he followed us from the first glance to the last signature on this journey which - although not without ups and downs - was beautiful and above all safe, thanks to his professionalism and person.
