Ogni Martedì, Mercoledì e Venerdi ci ritroviamo presso la nostra palestra, per allenarci assieme e migliorare, chiunque è il benvenuto. Kendo is a fascinating Japanese martial art, along with the iado allow us to appreciate what was anciently for the samurai the "Way of the sword", a way of life rather than a simple discipline. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we meet at our gym, to train together and improve, everyone is welcome.

La pazienza e l'amore con cui insegnano è vera e la cosa più bella ,oltre alla disciplina insegnano ai grandi la perfezione,ai piccoli il rispetto per il prossimo ..regole di vita...che spesso a casa per noi genitori è difficile fare.siete bravissimi continuate così. Lo consiglio a tutti ... grazie a voi in pochi mesi mio figlio ha fatto dei cambiamenti notevoli sta acquistando autostima...e soprattutto inizia a confrontarsi con gli altri SENZA LA PAURA DELLA COMPETIZIONE in quanto qui non esiste..il più bravo aiuta il meno bravo senza deriderlo e anche questa anche è arte.... Eccellente anche il percorso formativo sulle armi giapponesi (come veri samurai) non ci sono altre scuole che insegnano le armi giapponesi con questa precisione ed efficacia. Fantastici gli stage nazionali e regionali svolti sempre nella medesima palestra. Ottima anche la sala pesi con macchine per ogni esigenza. Non si può dire di essere marzialisti di Akido senza essere passati di qua. ps. Gli insegnanti hanno studiato Aikido in giappone nel Dojo (scuola di arti marziali)" di Iwama, la scuola fondata dell'inventore dell' Aikido "Morihei Ueshiba".
