★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedono il diritto di chiamata di 30€(senza ricevuta) per far venire un presunto tecnico del tutto incompetente che invece di indagare il problema trancia la corda della persiana che era semplicemente uscita dalla guida, inventando che bisognava cambiare interamente l'asse della persiana. Nonostante aver spiegato piu' di una volta per telefono la questione a delle presunte "centraliniste" che ovviamente hanno avuto serie difficolta' a capire il concetto della chiamata, non sono riuscito a comunicare la mia intenzione di risolvere alla buona il problema sbloccando semplicemente la persiana. Non solo ho dovuto comprare la corda nuova ma inoltre ho perso tempo e soldi. Diffidate delle presunte recenzioni positive.

Despite having explained more than once by phone the question to the alleged "switchboard operators" who obviously had serious difficulties in understanding the concept of the call, I could not communicate my intention to solve the problem by simply unlocking the shutter . Not only did I have to buy the new rope but I also lost time and money. Be wary of the alleged positive reviews.
