★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo un vetro per la nostra doccia ad un prezzo accessibile, navigando in internet troviamo questa azienda, prezzi ottimi quasi la metà in confronto ad altri venditori, facciamo l ordine dopo poco più di una settimana arriva il vetro, purtroppo il corriere nel trasporto lo danneggia, sento subito il servizio clienti via email e nel giro di 10 giorni mi arriva un altro vetro questa volta sano... Prodotto di ottima fattura e qualità, sicuramente se avrò bisogno mi rivolgerò ancora a loro consigliatissima

Montato il box ci siamo accorti che una maniglia non aveva la filettatura, mi hanno mandato il pezzo nuovo in sostituzione con una velocità incredibile.
Bravi... Consiglio vivamente ??
Fast and efficient service ... I had the wrong measurements of my shower cubicle and with a phone call I quickly solved it.
Once the box was assembled, we realized that a handle did not have a thread, they sent me the new piece to replace it with incredible speed.
Good ... I highly recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto quest'azienda grazie ad amazon qualche anno fa, per l'acquisto di un box doccia(che posso dire essere, ancora oggi, di ottima qualità). Li ho ricontattati qualche settimana fa privatamente, per l'acquisto di una guarnizione che non trovavo. Be, nonostante il mio non fosse certo un' ordine che apportava chissà quali benefici economici all' azienda, si sono dimostrati gentilissimi, disponibili,professionali, celeri nelle risposte e di una cortesia rara al giorno d'oggi (sopratutto acquistando attraverso internet).. Li consiglio vivamente, sia per la serietá, sia per la qualità dei prodotti.
I met this company thanks to amazon a few years ago, for the purchase of a shower box (which I can say is still of excellent quality today). I contacted them privately a few weeks ago to purchase a gasket that I couldn't find. Well, although mine was certainly not an order that brought who knows what economic benefits to the company, they proved to be very kind, helpful, professional, quick in replying and with a rare courtesy nowadays (especially when buying through the internet). I highly recommend them, both for the seriousness and for the quality of the products.

Prezzi FANTASTICI rispetto al mercato forse fregatura è invece NO

Prima di comprare li ho tempestati di Mail per informazioni che prontamente hanno esaudito.Dico Mail perche al telefono è impossibile parlarci(non so perché forse politica aziendale)
Sono andato personalmente a ritirarlo avendo paura dei corrieri che potessero rovinarmelo al loro magazzino in costruzione grandissimo gentilissimo il magazziniere che mi ha guidato al magazzino.
Montato personalmente bè che dire se non si e pratici e con un po di fai da te alle spalle risulta un po complicato il libretto di istruzione a volte ti porta a sbagliare.
Tutto sommato un OTTIMA ESPERIENZA da consigliare (il materiale è di ottima fattura e molto elegante )

Before buying, I filled them with Mail for information that they promptly answered. I say Mail because it is impossible to talk to them on the phone (I don't know why maybe company policy)
I personally went to collect it, afraid of couriers who could ruin it in their warehouse under construction, very kind, the warehouse worker who guided me to the warehouse.
Assembled personally, well what to say if you are not practical and with a bit of do-it-yourself behind it it is a bit complicated, the instruction booklet sometimes leads you to make mistakes.
All in all a GREAT EXPERIENCE to recommend (the material is of excellent workmanship and very elegant)
