Bella location in un antico Dammuso
(I dammusi sono diffusissimi nella zona se non costruiti sfruttando grotte esistenti, sono anche realizzati con archi a tutto sesto in pietra calcarea, a "foderare" la grotta o ad ampliarne la parte coperta).
Locale ben gestito, proprietario affabile, Personale gentile, cibo ottimo. Da provare assolutamente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I found this lovely restaurant next to the comune di Melilli for Sunday lunch. It is set in an old "dammuso" or sicilian cave house and owned by the same proprieters of Scamporrino Roberto next door. For primi, I had the pasta carbonara and my wife had the pasta arabiata. Both were delicious! For secondi, we choose the grilled sausage. They offer a local type of Sicilian sausage that is so, so good. Service was also great and the chef even came out to talk with us. If you find yourself in Melilli, eat here. Highly recommended!
