★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino, ci si trovano tutti i servizi che ci sono nelle grandi spa. Ho passato un pomeriggio rilassante in compagnia di mia moglie, dopo il centro benessere per finire in bellezza c'è nella prenotazione (di Groupon) un massaggio scrab di coppia, molto brave e professionali le ragazze dello staff Martina e Annalisa a farci sentire a nostro agio durante questa loro attività e nelle risposte alle mie domande su alcuni dubbi che avevo sulla struttura e sulle spiegazioni dei vari massaggi che si possono prenotare. grazie torneremo sicuramente nota particolare se si ha piacere di un aperitivo fuori dalla spa nel giardino c'è un bel barettino

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa di dimensioni medie dimensioni ma per coppia va benissimo. Sembra non essere mai troppo affollata. Unica grande pecca nella piscinetta idromassaggio non si poteva resistere più di 10/15 minuti per il troppo disinfettante nell’acqua. Col mio compagno abbiamo cominciato a tossire e starnutire e ci bruciavano gli occhi. Sia il massaggio che l’aperitivo offerto sono da provare assolutamente. Personale simpatico e cordiale.. peccato per quell’unica pecca del disinfettante.
 Medium sized spa but for couple it's fine. It never seems to be too crowded. The only big flaw in the hydromassage pool could not last more than 10/15 minutes due to too much disinfectant in the water. With my partner we started coughing and sneezing and our eyes burned. Both the massage and the aperitif offered are absolutely worth trying. Nice and friendly staff .. shame about that one flaw of the disinfectant.

VERY VERY RUDE. And what am i paying for???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Women on receprtion was very rude and she didn't understand anything in English… first the woman made us pay extra 30€ for the spa which was included whit the room. She did’t let us to the spa about 6 30 pm, even if we have reservation and the spa was supposed to be open at 8pm. The most unprofessional personel I ever seen in my life..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People wise: staff is good, they won't spontaneously or thoroughly guide or instruct you through the facilities. However, when requested they will gently and dearly assist. The masseuses professionality and friendliness is outstanding. Solid 4-star rating.
Facility wise: The Spa area is overall poorly maintained, several tiles are missing mainly in the wet sauna (steam room). The hot and cold showers were not working properly. The relax area chaise-longue are teared and too low. The Jacuzzi is ok. The KNEIPP path was not properly regulated, so it was barely noticeable the water temperatures differences.
The massage rooms were perfectly kept and welcoming.
Recommendation: Urgent need to renovate the spa area to make it look more fresh and welcoming. Making it clear the activity path, so we can independently navigate the different activities, instead of feeling lost, like it happened to me.
There's room for improvement, keep up the good work.
