Herr Agrpsi ist Sehr sympathischer Mensch. Man muss sich für eine Vetkostung telefonisch oder per Whatsapp mit Herrn Agrpsi in Verbindung setzen. Kleiner Tipp, links neben Agrpsi gibt es einen guten Weinhändler Takes a lot of time for his customers. You can taste the olive oil. And the selection of good assorted olive oils. Mr. Agrpsi is a very personable person. You have to contact Mr. Agrpsi by phone or Whatsapp for a tasting. A little tip, there is a good wine merchant to the left of Agrpsi

This venue is not the olive grove, but a place where you can see machines for oil production and sample oil. It is possible to visit the groves at different locations. Mr Agrosi was incredible friendly and helpful in explaining his work and the developments of the orchards after Xylella. He produces organically which in itself is absolutely remarkable. He and his family as well as the whole company seem to care very much for the environment, not only in Salento, or Italy but on a global scale. We tasted the oil - very high quality, super rich in anti oxidants and all organic. We bought a smaller amount and will definately be back - in person or online (check their website, international shipping is available).
