La zona piscina, apparte qualche piccola limitazione è spaziosa ed attrezzata. La piscina è un po' piccola, ma la capienza massima della struttura non permette assembramenti fastidiosi. Prezzi onesti. Consigliato agli amanti della natura, con tutti i confort...? Lovely place. Breathtaking sunset and sunrise panorama. The rooms are large and always fresh thanks to the old walls of the past. The pool area, apart from some small limitations, is spacious and equipped. The pool is a bit small, but the maximum capacity of the structure does not allow for annoying gatherings. Fair prices. Recommended for nature lovers, with all the comforts ... ?

Complimenti per l'ottimo lavoro svolto continuate così ci vedremo presto! Quiet place immersed in the splendid Umbrian nature, the apartments are well-kept and in country style as befits the place, an immense garden where you can spend hours relaxing along the entire structure, there is also a wonderful infinity pool neat and clean .... Jacopo, the owner, very available for any customer need that tries to satisfy in every way. Congratulations on your excellent work, keep up the good work so we will see you soon!
D	Denise Keller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in der Villa Fontana mit zwei Familien mit Kindern zwei wunderbare,entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus und die Wohnungen sind sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist groß und lädt mit herrlicher Aussicht zum Baden und Spaß haben ein.Ebenso einladend waren die Liegestühle um den Pool oder die Hängematten in dem großzügigen Garten. Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte waren die freundlichen Vermieter gut zu erreichen und alles konnte schnell geklärt werden. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. We spent two wonderful, relaxing weeks at Villa Fontana with two families with children. The house and apartments are clean and tidy. The pool is large and invites you to swim and have fun with a wonderful view. The sun loungers around the pool or the hammocks in the spacious garden were just as inviting. If you had any questions or problems, the friendly landlords were easy to reach and everything could be clarified quickly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you.

Beautiful place, ideal to rest and to visit nearby towns like Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, etc. The landscape and views are really superb. The house has a great quality, we felt that we were living in a dream. Alviero, Rossana and Iacopo have been very kind and present all the time. The swimming pool placement cannot be better. We will definitively return.
I	Ilona Galen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific house; perfect location Our experience here was first-rate. We were two couples---it would be fine for three couples or a large family. The house is clean, all normal amenities supplied. Rooms well furnished, beautiful views in all directions. There are plenty of stores within a few miles should you want to cook. The nearest town is about 5 kilometers--Castiglione del Lago is a charming hill town with excellent non-touristy shops and restaurants. We basically chose a different hill-town each day and explored Umbria and a bit of Southern Tuscany. It was the perfect location for Todi, Sienna, Pienza, Gubbio, and many other towns, all within an hour or a bit more. The owner was very helpful with restaurant suggestions although it is hard to go wrong in the small hill towns all over Umbria. The owner was also helpful in any question we had. We weren't there in the heat of summer so we can't vouch for the pool, but it looked inviting. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great centrally located place from which to explore either Umbria or Tuscany. I could also see it as a great place to have a small family reunion, although the drive from either Rome or Pisa might be a bit much for kids, after the flight. We flew into Rome, and the drive--very easy--was about two and one-half hours. All advertising and photos were absolutely accurate except that no photo can capture the charm of the countryside in full. Go to Umbria before it is as touristy as Tuscany, and this is a great starting point.
C	Carol Danning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay in a charming villa The villa was beyond expectations. Large rooms, very clean and well equipped. The beautiful walls and ceilings painted with floral and Renaissance motifs have given the house a charming atmosphere. Cozy seating in the house and on the veranda and a beautiful garden with a nice pool gave us the typical Italian holiday experience. It is located in a small village with shops nearby. Short distance from Lake Trasimeno. We certainly recommend this property. Alviero, thank you for your great hospitality and we hope to visit you again.
K	Kuba Barszcz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place seemed to be a really nice, remote villa. There were many animals such as geese, goats and peacocks. The swimming pool was just perfect, really big, many people could fit in and swim watching beatiful views of Umbria. Unfortunately, the place has also its disadvantages. When I booked my stay the offer said we would have a balcony/terrace included. Nothing like this happened. All the other guests were provided with that, while we only got a table in the garden, which was downstairs, a bit far from our appartment. We would have to walk up and down all the time when preparing a meal there, which was very irritating. Furthermore, the offer said that bikes would be included, which was very attractive to us as we love cycling. What we saw were just a few bikes probably as old as this place that were used 20 years ago and since then have never been renewed. What's more, precious little amount of dinnerware was there, and for the four-person family it was a bit of an obstacle. Another disappointing aspect was the internet hotspot. It simply rarely work and was super super slow. Nothing could work, apps such as instagram or facebook had problems, let alone youtube. Overall our stay was okay, but very disappointing.
