M	Maurizio Tanzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agriturismo bellissimo, tenuto benissimo e molto curato. Pulitissimo. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La piscina, essendo senza bagnino, è alta solo 100 cm. Dotata di grandi ombrelloni, sdraio e lettini e disponibilità di teli da bagno. La cucina ....fantastica !!! Tutto preparato da loro, giornalmente !! Dolci (buonissimiiiii???) compresi!! Porzioni abbondanti. Unica pecca (ma credetemi si sopravvive?) non c’è disponibilità di bevande, essendo un agriturismo. Camere che sembrano state appena ristrutturate, invece (con enorme stupore) hanno più di qualche anno!!! Comode, confortevoli, pulitissime. Dotate di ogni comfort, tv lcd, ampio armadio. Il bagno poi...uno specchio dappertutto. Merito di Giovanni!!! Eccezionale davvero in tutto!!!! Già perché per il pranzo si traveste anche da cameriere, mentre per la cena c’è suo figlio. Bravissimo e professionale come il papà. Intorno alla Villa c’è ogni genere di negozio (entro poche centinaia di metri!) supermercati, farmacia, bar, tabacchi, gelaterie, banche, ufficio postale, pizzerie, ristoranti.... a 20 minuti c’è il mare (e non solo) di Roseto degli Abruzzi. Veramente consigliatissimo, anche per il prezzo!! Buon soggiorno a tutti ??? Beautiful farmhouse, very well kept and well cared for. Spotlessly clean. Very kind and very helpful staff. The pool, being without a lifeguard, is only 100 cm high. Equipped with large umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers and availability of bath towels. The kitchen .... fantastic !!! All prepared by them, daily !! Sweets (buonissimiiiii???) included !! Large portions. The only flaw (but believe me you survive?) there is no availability of drinks, being a farmhouse. Rooms that seem to have just been refurbished, instead (with enormous surprise) are more than a few years old !!! Convenient, comfortable, spotless. Equipped with every comfort, LCD TV, large wardrobe. The bathroom then ... a mirror everywhere. Thanks to Giovanni !!! Exceptional indeed in everything !!!! Yes, because for lunch he also disguises himself as a waiter, while for dinner there is his son. Very good and professional like dad. Around the Villa there are all kinds of shops (within a few hundred meters!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, tobacconists, ice cream shops, banks, post office, pizzerias, restaurants .... 20 minutes away there is the sea (and not only) of Roseto degli Abruzzi. Il posto è bello, le camere sono belle e pulite; purtroppo data la stagione in cui ho soggiornato, non ho potuto usufruire della zona piscina, che sembra ben tenuta. Entrambi gestori sono veramente gentili. Unica cosa che mi ha spiazzato, quando ho chiesto il cappuccino, mi è stato detto che non si poteva, solo caffelatte. In un albergo questo non deve succedere. Consiglio una colazione più varia. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. I go there for work. The place is nice, the rooms are nice and clean; unfortunately given the season I stayed, I was unable to use the pool area, which seems well maintained. Both managers are really nice. The only thing that surprised me, when I asked for cappuccino, I was told that it was not possible, only coffee with milk. This doesn't have to happen in a hotel. I recommend a more varied breakfast. I will definitely be back.
S	Silvia Tomasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura si trova lungo una strada statale molto trafficata, ma dopo aver varcato il cancello d'ingresso sembra di entrare in un posto incantato... Molto curato l'ampio spazio esterno, compresa la piscina. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Ottima la cucina proposta dalla signora Miriana. Il mio giudizio è 4/5 principalmente per due motivi: 1) mancanza di una figura di riferimento alla reception 2) la struttura è priva di una zona bar, quindi non è possibile avere il cappuccino a colazione e neppure sorseggiare un drink alla sera dopo cena. La struttura a mio avviso ha molte potenzialità ma che non vengono sfruttate! Un ringraziamento speciale va alle uniche due signore che si sono prese cura del nostro soggiorno. Un saluto anche ai due cagnolini che scorrazzano nella corte... un bacione a Jack la nostra mascotte e a Stella. The property is located along a very busy state road, but after crossing the entrance gate it feels like entering an enchanted place ... The large outdoor area, including the swimming pool, is well cared for. The room is spacious and clean. Excellent cuisine proposed by Mrs. Miriana. My rating is 4/5 mainly for two reasons: 1) lack of a reference figure at the reception 2) the structure does not have a bar area, so it is not possible to have a cappuccino for breakfast or to sip a drink in the evening after dinner. In my opinion, the structure has a lot of potential but which are not exploited! Special thanks go to the only two ladies who took care of our stay. A greeting also to the two dogs running around in the courtyard ... a big kiss to Jack our mascot and to Stella.

È una fattoria, quindi animali da vedere e percorso ad anello per correre. ?????‍♂️ Wonderful place, clean, everything perfect, delicious cuisine and infinite kindness. It is a farm, so animals to see and a loop path to run. ?????‍♂️

Molto ordinata e pulita. Il personale molto gentile e super disponibile. Comoda la piscina. Ci piacerebbe tornare I stayed at this property this weekend with my husband and son. We took a triple. Very very nice facility. Very neat and clean. The staff were very kind and super helpful. Comfortable swimming pool. We would love to come back
