Capisco che sia un agriturismo rurale, ma trovare un "appartamento"(senza cucina) con ragnatele e un dito di polvere non è concepibile. Se cercate privacy questo posto non fa per voi per due motivi: 1) Si sente tutto ciò che fa e dice il coinquilino di sopra, di conseguenza sentira anche voi; 2) Se ti allontani per due giorni ti entreranno in casa per poi smentire nonostante le prove. Mi avevano promesso un frigo che alla fine mi son pagato e del quale gli ho dovuto dare un aumento per il consumo (io mi chiedo se il consumo di un frigo possa mai essere €10 mensili...). Una perdita d'acqua del piano di sopra è stata riparata dopo 2 mesi di lamentele. La fattura del mese di Maggio non mi è stata ancora spedita e spero di non dover informare le autorità per averlo dal momento che sono 3 settimane che si dimenticano a spedirmela nonostante siano stati pagati in contanti. I state that I found this accommodation for business reasons. I understand that it is a rural farmhouse, but finding an "apartment" (without a kitchen) with cobwebs and a finger of dust is not conceivable. If you are looking for privacy this place is not for you for two reasons: 1) You hear everything the roommate upstairs does and says, consequently he will hear you too; 2) If you go away for two days they will enter your house and then deny them despite the tests. They promised me a fridge which in the end I paid for and for which I had to give them an increase in consumption (I wonder if the consumption of a fridge can ever be € 10 per month ...). An upstairs water leak was fixed after 2 months of complaining. The invoice for the month of May has not yet been sent to me and I hope not to have to inform the authorities to have it since they have forgotten to send it to me for 3 weeks despite having been paid in cash.

Всё чисто, ухожено. Но самым удивительным оказались хозяева отеля. Мы бежали из Украины. Остановились здесь на ночь. Хозяева приняли очень радушно, с такой заботой и теплом будто мы родные люди. Спасибо им огромное!!! Эту ночь мы чувствовали себя как дома! We stayed at the hotel on March 10, 2022. We were 4 adults and 5 children. This is a magical place! Everything is beautiful, real, authentic. This place is the epitome of Italy. Everything is clean, neat. But the most surprising were the owners of the hotel. We fled from Ukraine. Stopped here for the night. The hosts were very welcoming, with such care and warmth as if we were family people. Thank them very much!!! That night we felt at home!

Обігріли та пригостили смачною кавою. ?????? The first night in Italy fell on this amazing place. Very good memories. We were accommodated free of charge (5 adults, 2 children and a small dog). Warmed and treated to delicious coffee. ??????

Дякуємо за гостинність хозяїв цього маетку та за підтримку в цей не простий для нас час. Ще раз щиро дякуємо! Гості з України?? Stopped for the night, from 5 to 6 April 2022. We had 3 women, 4 children and one dog) Spacious rooms, clean bedding, hot shower! Thank you for the hospitality of the owners of this estate and for the support in this difficult time for us.
