★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking months in advance for the new year’s eve when we called to confirm a dairy free menu we were told to take a pill cause they were to busy to comply to the dairy free menu request as agreed at the time of the booking. The exchange was below the basic service standards and we had to cancel. They did not seem to bother much cause the mentioned to be overbooked. Avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an incredible time here. Jacopo and Elena truly made us feel at home. Our room was clean and authentic, yet equipped with a ceiling fan and A/C. The pool is a great place to cool down and hang out, and the food... oh, the food! Four course Italian meals for a very reasonable price with the menu changing daily. Why people ever leave this place, I don't know. I just know I had to, and I'm sad because of it.
