We stayed in the Foresteria apartment, very large and furnished with antiques well suited to the environment. The owner Francesca is very kind and helpful. We also recommend the place for families with children.

This accommodation has everything you expect from a good agriturismo. The accommodation has a good location and a beautiful view. It is a great place to relax. The owner was very helpful. So we were able to enjoy her harvest. She brought us zucchini, oil, eggs and jam ... Francesca was always available and she shared many interesting tips and facts with us. Our dog also enjoyed this holiday. She felt very free and welcome. The covid measures were exceptionally good which made us feel safe. We recommend this place. Really enjoy far from mass tourism! The place is lovely, surrounded by regenerating nature, the swimming pool is a gem set among the trees. The farmhouse is beautiful and well maintained, easily accessible, close to centers of cultural interest but surrounded by greenery. Francesca welcomed us as friends, she was always kind and very helpful! Highly recommended, very quiet and also suitable for families with children

We stayed in the largest apartment of the beautiful Podere, located on the first floor, in the two central weeks of August. The place is enchanting, enjoys a happy position on a very well ventilated hill and a really loving care by Francesca, the owner who lives in the context. I have rarely found hosts so available at all times, always ready to satisfy various requests, obviously remaining within the limits of feasibility. In addition to being full of dedication, she is also a very pleasant company with whom you can talk about everything, always and in any case. Leafy trees, colorful flowers, being able to collect the aromas for the kitchen directly from the bushes, the delightful swimming pool with a view of the hamlet framed by plants, a centuries-old farmyard under a spectacular starry sky, the beautiful driveway leading to the house, the small chicken coop surrounded from the green ... I could describe every corner but it is by living the place that you enter the calm wonder of Podere Luchiano. The apartment is beautiful, furnished with taste and love, since Francesca has put furniture and household effects in every accommodation, even of the great-grandparents, so it is up to the guests to treat them with respect, as it should be everywhere and in any case. Life in the countryside requires only calm, even with the animals that inhabit it, including insects. We also happened to have hornets, wasps and mosquitoes, but ... it's the countryside! The price does not ignore rural life, if you want equipment such as air conditioning or mosquito nets, you must inquire before booking anywhere and not complain about it later. In fact, we had procured insecticide and fans, which Francesca would have given anyway if we had arrived without them. It is incorrect and out of place to use the reasoning: "I pay therefore ...". In short, it is a beautiful place to take relaxing holidays, enjoying calm and slow time. By now we are so used to having everything under control that as soon as we collide with wasps or heat we become impatient: the countryside is countryside and Francesca respects it and offers it as such, indeed enriching it with personal experiences and maximum availability. We hope to return as soon as possible to enjoy the bucolic landscape in the other seasons and the company of Francesca.

I stayed last summer with my girlfriend in the Elio apartment for 1 week in September. Francesca's friendliness and the wonderful landscape that Umbria offers made my holiday at Podere Luchiano wonderful. I'll be back soon!
