Negative from every point of view. The photos absolutely do not reflect reality, after one night we left rather than three nights.

M	MaurieBetty Ganora - Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passavamo con famiglia, 3 figli di cui 2 piccole di 8 e 11 anni, il papà mamma e golden retriever al guinzaglio, siamo stati aggrediti dai 2 pastori tedeschi li fuori dal cancello di ingresso e i proprietari inermi, come se nulla fosse, il nostro cane morso al collo, le bambine che piangevano e loro tranquilli come nulla fosse. Ho chiamato i carabinieri, in questo momento stanno interrogando. State attenti We passed with family, 3 children including 2 small 8 and 11 years old, the father, mother and golden retriever on a leash, we were attacked by the 2 German shepherds outside the entrance gate and the owners helpless, as if nothing had happened, our dog bitten in the neck, the girls crying and they quiet as nothing had happened. I called the carabinieri, they're interrogating right now. Be careful
I	Ilaria 1172 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione con amarezza, perché vedendo alcune foto che sono state pubblicate da altri utenti oltre tre anni fa, questo agriturismo pareva essere davvero un bel posto. È una delusione e lo dico con rammarico. Abbiamo dovuto pernottare qui quattro notti per motivi di lavoro ed abbiamo trovato due gestori totalmente impreparati che sembravano non avere idea di cosa dovessero fare per accogliere dei clienti, una camera sporca in modo imbarazzante, bagno praticamente senza sapone, pulizie giornaliere inesistenti, ambiente sciatto lasciato all’incuria più totale. Considerando che rientravamo alla sera dopo giornate intere a lavoro nello sporco, lascio immaginare in che condizioni fosse alla fine la camera senza venir regolarmente pulita. Di solito a fine giornata è un piacere entrare in hotel per riposare, ma qui il servizio è così assente che ci si sente abbandonati. È stato impossibile pagare con bancomat perché sprovvisti di pos, non abbiamo potuto mangiare niente sul posto eccetto la colazione perché il ristorante è chiuso. Ripeto che sono davvero dispiaciuta perché la location, se mantenuta pulita e gestita a dovere, ha davvero un buon potenziale. Ma serve costanza e mano d’opera, cosa che evidentemente i due gestori (anziani) non possono garantire. Un vero peccato I write this review with bitterness, because seeing some photos that were posted by other users over three years ago, this farm seemed to be a really nice place. It is a disappointment and I say this with regret. We had to stay here four nights for work reasons and we found two totally unprepared managers who seemed to have no idea what they had to do to welcome customers, an embarrassingly dirty room, bathroom practically without soap, non-existent daily cleaning, sloppy environment left to total neglect. Considering that we returned in the evening after whole days at work in the dirt, I let you imagine what condition the room was in the end without being regularly cleaned. Usually at the end of the day it is a pleasure to enter the hotel to rest, but here the service is so absent that one feels abandoned. It was impossible to pay with ATMs because we did not have a pos, we could not eat anything on the spot except breakfast because the restaurant is closed. I repeat that I am really sorry because the location, if kept clean and properly managed, has really good potential. But you need perseverance and manpower, which obviously the two managers (elderly) cannot guarantee. Such a pity

I proprietari mi sono sembrati spaesati, come se non sapessero che cosa dovessero fare per accogliere un cliente. Possibilità di pranzo e cena inesistente, colazione imbarazzante da consumarsi all’aperto. Rapporto qualità prezzo improponibile. All’ingresso sarete accolti da uno stagno dall’acqua putrida, e da due cani lupi poco raccomandabili. Zona barbecue inutilizzabile per via dell’erba alta. Lettini da sole inutilizzabili e posizionati tra le erbacce. Per raggiungere la struttura dovreste comprarvi un fuori strada, se non un carro armato! Possibility of non-existent lunch and dinner, embarrassing breakfast to be consumed outdoors. Price-quality ratio unthinkable. At the entrance you will be greeted by a pond with putrid water, and by two disreputable wolf dogs. Barbecue area unusable due to tall grass. Sunbeds unusable and placed among the weeds. To reach the property you should buy yourself an off-road, if not a tank!
