Posto ideale per chi vuole trascorrere dei giorni nella quiete della campagna circostante. Le camere sono molto ordinate e pulite. Ottima anche la prima colazione con i dolci buonissimi della casa !!! Quiet and relaxing place, very welcoming, especially the hospitality of Mrs. Stefania. Ideal place for those who want to spend days in the quiet of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are very neat and clean. Excellent breakfast with delicious home-made desserts !!!
S	Santi Urso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ORRIBILE, DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE! Ho passato un weekend in compagnia della mia ragazza, ci siamo trovati davvero malissimo! Tutto era diverso da come ci aspettavamo dalla varie recensioni lette in rete, ci siamo ritrovati in questo posto sperduto nella campagna, con delle camere improponibili a quel prezzo, non c'era neanche un letto matrimoniale, erano solo due letti singoli messi vicini. Nessun servizio per la sistemazione della camera se non a pagamento, doccia minuscola e scomodissima considerando quanto abbiamo speso! La colazione ridicola, sembrava di stare in una casa di riposo. In più abbiamo fatto una passeggiata a cavallo che doveva essere inclusa nel prezzo e che invece ci è stata fatta pagare a parte, inconcepibile! In conclusione, soggiorno terribile, assolutamente da evitare! HORRIBLE, TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY! I spent a weekend with my girlfriend, we found ourselves really badly! Everything was different from what we expected from the various reviews read on the net, we found ourselves in this place lost in the countryside, with rooms unthinkable at that price, there wasn't even a double bed, they were just two single beds placed close together. No service for the accommodation of the room except for a fee, tiny and uncomfortable shower considering how much we spent! The ridiculous breakfast, like being in a retirement home. Plus we took a horse ride that was supposed to be included in the price and instead was charged separately, inconceivable! In conclusion, terrible stay, absolutely to be avoided!

Circondato da rose e dalla bellezza dei prati e degli alberi intorno. Accoglienza e ospitalità quella che si può desiderare, locali gradevoli e comodi. Abbiamo resistito alla piscina (preferendo girare e conoscere i luoghi, tra urbania e urbino). Ma la tentazione irrinunciabile era sedersi in veranda e contemplare la serenità e la bellezza del posto. Colazione gradevole, in armonia al contesto dell'agriturismo. Non di un hotel o cose del genere. Per fortuna. Surrounded by roses and the beauty of the meadows and trees around. Welcome and hospitality what you could wish for, pleasant and comfortable rooms. We resisted the swimming pool (preferring to go around and know the places, between Urbania and Urbino). But the inalienable temptation was to sit on the veranda and contemplate the serenity and beauty of the place. Pleasant breakfast, in harmony with the context of the farm. Bella la casa ,stanza pulita , bagno adeguato e pulito ,ottima e abbondante la colazione belli anche gli spazi comuni ! lo consiglio per soggiorni tranquilli in apertacampagna,anche se sono stata una notte !! Contenta anche la mia famiglia eravamo in sei! Unica difficoltà , proprio ad essere pignola, ingresso dalla strada non illuminato credo risolvibile grazie di tutto signora Stefania ci siamo sentiti a casa Excellent !!! friendliness and sympathy of Mrs. Stefania exquisite. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Ottima prima colazione sia dolce che salata Proprietaria molto gentile e prodica di consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Possibilità di sconti in alcuni ristoranti della zona . Beautiful farmhouse in the Marche hills, you can enjoy a wonderful view, the structure has a swimming pool and a well-kept garden. S	Sofia Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ci sono stata è stato quattro anni fa,e da allora ci ritorno tutte le estati con la mia famiglia...La struttura è incantevole e molto acccogliente, anche grazie all’ immensa cordialità del personale, in particolare della signora Stefania. L’ambiente è pulitissimo, colazione ottima e abbondante! Inoltre le attività da fare sono infinite...in quanto amante dell’equitazione, ho anche potuto fare, anche se a pagamento, una incantevole passeggiata a cavallo con la mia famiglia! The first time I was there was four years ago, and since then I return every summer with my family ... The structure is charming and very welcoming, also thanks to the immense friendliness of the staff, in particular of Mrs. Stefania . The environment is very clean, excellent and plentiful breakfast! Moreover, the activities to do are endless ... as a lover of horse riding, I could also do, even if for a fee, an enchanting horseback ride with my family!

Il valore aggiunto che non ci si aspetta è dato principalmente dall'accoglienza e ospitalità "fantastici" dettati proprio dal cuore e l'amore per questa struttura. Il salottino come la sala per le colazioni sono due ampie stanze comuni arredate con tavoli, sedie divani, camino dove raggiungi "la pace"! La piscina esterna con una forma ricercata è un'altro valore aggiunto ma con tutta l'armonia che ti circonda potrebbe fare anche da solo cornice (forse dico così perchè durante il mio soggiorno piovoso non ne ho usufruito :-) ma ne ho apprezzato tantissimo anche solo la vista! ). La colazione con torte fatte in casa per tutti i gusti oltre che essere abbondante e gustosa richiama ancora fortemente questo senso di "coccole" come se fossi in Famiglia. Soggiorno indimenticabile. quiet, nice place, clean, tidy, and the rooms both outdoors. The added value that is not expected is given mainly by the welcome and hospitality "fantastic" dictated from the heart and the love for this hotel. The living room as the breakfast room are two large common rooms furnished with tables, chairs sofas, fireplace where you reach "peace"! The outdoor swimming pool with a refined shape is another added value but with all the harmony around you could do even alone frame (maybe I say this because during my stay I have not benefited rainy :-) but I have appreciated very much even just the view! ). Breakfast with home-made cakes for all tastes as well as being plentiful and tasty still draws heavily on this sense of "pampering" as if I were family. Unforgettable stay.
