Un panorama fantatsico Immersed in the countryside 10 minutes from Spoleto. Perfect welcome. Friendly and nice. The room is neat, the bathroom is large and clean. A fantastic panorama

Ulivo in Fiore produziert Olivenöl und Wein zum direkten Verkauf und vielen andere landwirtschaftliche Produkte. Von dort aus kann man die Altstadt von Spoleto, Assisi und ganz Umbrien erkunden. Quiet location on a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive trees with a beautiful view of the Umbrian valley between Spoleto and Assisi. Ulivo in Fiore produces olive oil and wine for direct sale and many other agricultural products. From there you can explore the old town of Spoleto, Assisi and all of Umbria.

Siamo arrivati in bici da Assisi, stanchissimi Stefania si è proposta di prenderci due pizze perché l' agriturismo è in cima ad una collinetta Pur trovandosi a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro per noi in bici risultava un vero disagio Gentilissima ci ha procurato la cena Una piccola cosa per lei che ha fatto la differenza per noi! Il posto gode di una vista fantastica e un clima di relax e pace Piscina a disposizione tra gli ulivi e con vista sulle colline... Bellissima!! Camera ampia e pulitissima Davvero un posto consigliato Beautiful place! Wonderful staff, the owner Stefania was really welcoming and kind, she made the difference !! We arrived by bike from Assisi, very tired Stefania has proposed to take us two pizzas because the farm is on top of a hill Despite being a few minutes drive from the center for us by bike it was a real inconvenience Very kind she got us dinner A little thing for her that made a difference for us! The place enjoys fantastic views and an atmosphere of relaxation and peace Swimming pool available among the olive trees and overlooking the hills ... Beautiful !! Large and spotless room Really a recommended place
C	Claudia Mandelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un agriturismo mi aspetto altro ... la pulizia potrebbe migliorare, molto disordinato all'esterno asciugamani dell'anteguerra durissimi... le lenzuola idem... camera caldissima con un ventilatore o aria condizionata a pagamento. ... pieno di zanzare ... colazione scarsa e completamente industriale. Non lo consiglierei! From a farm I expect something else ... cleaning could improve, very messy outside very hard pre-war towels ... sheets the same ... very hot room with a fan or air conditioning for a fee. ... full of mosquitoes ... poor and completely industrial breakfast. I would not recommend it!
M	Maria Lucia Paiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo...abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia nell'ultima settimana di ottobre e ci siamo trovati magnificamente bene....lo consigliamo per chi vuole uscire dalla routine quotidiana e immergersi interamente nella natura per trovare quel relax che serve un poco a tutti in qst momento...ha un bel vedere mozzafiato sulle colline di Spoleto che guardandole di sera sembra vederne un presepe...la sig.Stefania ci ha accolti come se fossimo suoi parenti è stata gentile e sempre disponibile...tanto da lasciarci con un nodo alla gola qnd siamo andati via...lo consigliamo veramente!!! Quiet place ... we stayed with the family in the last week of October and we had a wonderful time .... we recommend it for those who want to get out of the daily routine and immerse themselves entirely in nature to find that relaxation that everyone needs a little in this moment ... has a beautiful breathtaking view of the hills of Spoleto that looking at them in the evening seems to see a nativity scene ... Mrs. Stefano welcomed us as if we were her relatives was kind and always available ... so much to leave us with a lump in the throat qnd we went away ... we really recommend it !!!

Sin da subito ci siamo trovati a nostro agio, Stefania è stata molto disponibile e simpatica, tanto da farci sentire a casa. La colazione servita era ottima, abbondante con buonissima frutta fresca. Note di merito vanno all'arredamento e alla pulizia della camera. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti da Spoleto e vicino a molte mete di interesse. Un ringraziamento speciale e un saluto affettuoso a Stefania, che svolge con dedizione e passione il suo lavoro. Speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno. Valentina e Federico We stayed at the farm in early September. Right from the start we felt at ease, Stefania was very helpful and nice, so much so that she made us feel at home. The breakfast served was excellent, plentiful with delicious fresh fruit. Notes of merit go to the furnishing and cleaning of the room. Excellent location just minutes from Spoleto and close to many places of interest. A special thanks and an affectionate greeting to Stefania, who carries out her work with dedication and passion. M	Marianna Gianforte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza della proprietaria a parte, abbiamo soggiornato una notte trovando una stanza sporca, assolutamente non igienica e non pronta ad ospitare delle persone, ragnatele e altro. Ho dovuto pulire tutto da sola prendendo spugna e disinfettante dalla cucina. Colazione deludente con prodotti del discount, da un agriturismo mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di preparto da loro. Tra l'altro avevamo prenotato una stanza diversa cambiata dalla proprietaria all'ultimo momento per fare spazio, ci ha detto, a un'altra coppia che aveva delle esigenze...il prezzo, però, a fronte di tanta minimalità, non è stato affatto accessibile. Bocciato Kindness of the owner aside, we stayed one night and found a dirty room, absolutely unhygienic and not ready to accommodate people, cobwebs and more. I had to clean everything myself by taking sponge and disinfectant from the kitchen. Disappointing breakfast with discount products, from a farm I would have expected something prepared from them. Among other things, we had booked a different room changed by the owner at the last moment to make room, she told us, for another couple who had needs ... the price, however, in the face of so much minimalism, was not not accessible at all. Failed
