Ottima carnebistecche che variano dai 650gr ai 2kg,lo chief stellato la taglia è prepara sotto gli occhi degli avventori,le verdure inpanata e fritte all istante sono servite in graziosi piatti a forma di petali di fiori.mi sono trovata veramente bene il personale ottimo e attento,salumi e formaggi accompagnati da miele locale e composte di mela fatte da loro. I dolci sono fatti da loro ottimo lo strudel sia quello di mele che quello servito con verdure all inizio della cena. E	Elena Malpeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì pomeriggio di una bella giornata di fine estate; navigando in internet trovo un’azienda agricola nelle vicinanza di Villafranca: si tratta dell’azienda agricola Fiori di Melo ed il luogo in cui ci apprestiamo a goderci un ottimo aperitivo locale è il Podere Borgo Malnido. Scatta l’amore a prima vista: vino biodinamico (noi abbiamo provato un rosso 2016 per niente male), focaccia, torta di riso, miele di acacia e composta di mele rigorosamente da loro prodotti, accompagnati da formaggi e salumi di ottima qualità; luogo ameno e immerso nel verde e, ciliegina sulla torta, proprietari di una cortesia disarmante, che si sono curati di noi dall’inizio alla fine. Che altro dire? Questo luogo è specializzato principalmente in carne, dove la brace viva fa da padrona, ma volendo prenotare anticipatamente, offre valide alternative gluten free e vegetariane (degustazioni con tapas). Il podere è ampio, con tavoli ben distanziati e le normative Covid vengono rispettate alla lettera. Lo consiglio vivamente Friday afternoon of a beautiful late summer day; surfing the internet I find a farm near Villafranca: it is the Fiori di Melo farm and the place where we are about to enjoy an excellent local aperitif is Podere Borgo Malnido. Love at first sight: biodynamic wine (we tried a 2016 red not bad at all), focaccia, rice cake, acacia honey and apple compote strictly made from their products, accompanied by excellent quality cheeses and meats; pleasant place surrounded by greenery and, the icing on the cake, owners of a disarming courtesy, who took care of us from start to finish. What else to say? This place specializes mainly in meat, where live embers are the host, but if you want to book in advance, it offers valid gluten free and vegetarian alternatives (tastings with tapas). The farm is large, with well-spaced tables and Covid regulations are respected to the letter. I highly recommend it

Nonostante vicino all starle e a ridosso della massicciata ferroviaria, il luogo è tranquillo e quieto. lunghi filari di mele che rendono ragione al nome. Ottimi antipasti a base di prodotti locali eccellenti: salumi, formaggi e piccole tapas. Ero già soddisfatto da questo inizio ma la carne ha reso il tutto un’ottima esperienza culinaria. I tagli vengono proposti e poi cucinati su una grande griglia. Carne gustosa, tenere e cucinata bene. Contorni semplici ma gustosi ed ottima focaccia di contorno. Il loro rifermentato in bottiglia è molto gradevole, qualche perplessità sul rosé (al naso note sulfuree) ed il rosso (scarso corpo). Servizio cordiale e gentile e che ha dato il ricco in più. Pur non essendo amante della bistecca al sangue, devo riconoscere l’eccellenza della carne. Non ho dato le 5 stelle per i dolci, almeno quelli che ho mangiato io e che consiglio vivamente di rivedere: crème brûlée al gianduia (fatela nella maniera tradizionale, senza quel gianduia mescolato) e la torta di riso. Eliminate le troppe guarnizioni di panna e sciroppi che alla fine stuccano e basta. Beautiful location and excellent quality of food. I loved the platter and what they call tapas. Although I am not a lover of rare steak, I must recognize the excellence of the meat. I did not give 5 stars for the desserts, at least the ones I ate and which I highly recommend to review: gianduia crème brûlée (do it in the traditional way, without that mixed gianduia) and the rice cake. Eliminate too many toppings of cream and syrups that eventually fill up and that's it.

Abbiamo mangiato al freddo nonostante fossimo nel tavolo sotto al condizionatore, non puoi scegliere il vino ma nemmeno il menu, un antipasto con 3 salumi 3 formaggi e 3 crostini( tapas )a seguire bistecca non hanno altro. E 85 € in due per non poter scegliere niente, in più al freddo no, decisamente no For me it is a NO! We ate in the cold despite being in the table under the air conditioner, you can't choose the wine but neither the menu, an appetizer with 3 cold cuts, 3 cheeses and 3 croutons (tapas) followed by steak. And € 85 in two for not being able to choose anything, more in the cold no, definitely not
a	andrew aitken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered this wonderful family run restaurant and organic farm by accident, it doesn’t show up if you search for “restaurants”. But what a restaurant they have! Antipasti with produce from their farm, locally sourced meat and 4 wines they produce themselves. We could not fit desert :-) The real highlight is the main course. The beef ? is brought out, cut chopped off the main rib, barbecued and cut right in front of you by Michele. They even bring a hot plate so you can cook the pieces to your preferred level of doneness. All that while the kids play in the background in the garden. Fair prices and delicious food! But carnivores only ;-)
