★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo a Slingia ( Schlinig) in una vallettina laterale dell'alta Val Venosta, esattamente sopra Burgusio.
L'agriturismo si trova al limitare del paese ( piccolissimo con poche abitazioni, qualche albergo ed una deliziosa chiesetta), con subito dietro il bosco.
Il posto è veramente molto bello: l'aria è tersa, profuma ed il silenzio impagabile.
La casa è praticamente nuova sembra ristrutturata molto di recente e l'appartamento che ho affittato perfetto.
Spazioso, confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che può essere utile e necessario, pulitissimo.
Valore aggiunto , a richiesta, il servizio molto mattiniero di consegna del latte, panini, uova e volendo brioches, marmellata, formaggi.
Doverosamente va precisato che il latte è di produzione dell'agriturismo stesso, come le uova e la deliziosa , veramente speciale ( da provare per credere) marmellata.
Io ho assaggiato quella all'albicocca:
profumo di frutta fresca, autentico sapore della polpa maturata al sole, buonissima.
Oltre ad essere un servizio molto gradito ed importante in un paesino senza negozi, ho trovato assai piacevole trovare ogni mattina davanti alla mia porta un bel cestino con tovaglietta rossa a quadretti con dentro la mia colazione.
Che dire poi dei padroni di casa, persone squisite: gentili, sorridenti, simpatiche, molto disponibili.
Voto finale: ottimo.
We are in Slingia (Schlinig) in a side valley of the upper Val Venosta, exactly above Burgusio.
The farm is located on the edge of the village (very small with few houses, some hotels and a delightful church), with the woods immediately behind.
The place is really beautiful: the air is clear, smells and the silence priceless.
The house is practically new, it looks very recently renovated and the apartment I rented was perfect.
Spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything that can be useful and necessary, very clean.
Added value, on request, is the very early service of delivering milk, sandwiches, eggs and, if desired, croissants, jam, cheeses.
It should be noted that the milk is produced by the farm itself, as are the eggs and the delicious, truly special (to try to believe) jam.
I tasted the apricot one:
scent of fresh fruit, authentic flavor of sun-ripened pulp, very good.
In addition to being a very welcome and important service in a village without shops, I found it very pleasant to find every morning in front of my door a nice basket with a red checkered placemat with my breakfast inside.
What about the hosts, exquisite people: kind, smiling, nice, very helpful.
Final mark: excellent.
