Aria salubre, cibo salutare x grandi e piccini.............. Un meritato grazie a tutti Voi x avere soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza facendoci sentire a casa propria . A	Angelo STILLAVATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo agriturismo gestito da Franco e Catia, due bravi e appassionati coniugi che, dopo aver lavorato tanto, si stanno dedicando anche ai loro sogni. Dal cibo tradizionale alla casa colonica di famiglia, oggi ristrutturato e accogliente. Questo è il Farneto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra! Ho mangiato un fusillo fatto in casa con mani sapienti e non con il moderno ferrettino... carni gustose e tenerissime, di fresca macellazione privata. Addirittura una cicoria campestre raccolta la mattina e sbollentata... Capretto tenerissimo, patate nostrane, salami fatti in casa. Per non parlare della bellissima grigliata ricca di sapore, qualità delle carni e tradizione nella cucina. Per finire il dolce di Catia: barchette di biscotto con crema pasticcera preparata in mattinata, con fragola e zucchero a velo... un gustoso limoncello e per chi lo desiderava: caffè e grappa. Franco ci inseguiva con la caffettiera e le bottiglie per non farci perdere ogni cosa preparata, anche se eravamo fuori vicino agli animali da cortile.. E ci siamo portati via anche qualche uovo fresco per domani. Per digerire abbiamo passeggiato lungo i sentieri della collina, dove sono visitabili le stalle con: galline di varie razze, papere, cani, conigli, pecore e capre. Tutto rigorosamente pulito, decoroso e sicuro. I ns bimbi si sono divertiti e noi grandi siamo stati davvero in famiglia! Consigliato a tutti, non solo per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Excellent farm run by Franco and Catia, two good and passionate spouses who, after having worked so hard, are also dedicating themselves to their dreams. From traditional food to the family farmhouse, now renovated and welcoming. This is the Farneto. We felt at home! I ate a homemade fusillo with skilled hands and not with the modern ferrettino ... tasty and tender meat, freshly slaughtered privately. Even a country chicory harvested in the morning and parboiled ... Very tender kid, homegrown potatoes, homemade salami. Not to mention the beautiful barbecue rich in flavor, quality of meat and tradition in the kitchen. To finish the dessert of Catia: biscuit boats with custard prepared in the morning, with strawberry and icing sugar ... a tasty limoncello and for those who wanted it: coffee and grappa. Franco chased us with the coffee pot and the bottles so we wouldn't lose everything we prepared, even though we were out near the poultry ... And we took away some fresh eggs for tomorrow. To digest we walked along the paths of the hill, where the stables can be visited with: hens of various breeds, ducks, dogs, rabbits, sheep and goats. All strictly clean, decent and safe. Our kids had a great time and we adults really were in the family! Recommended for everyone, not only for the excellent quality / price ratio.

Un posto accogliente, a conduzione familiare. Ad accogliervi troverete il proprietario, in cucina la moglie con il loro figlio. Tutti gentilissimi! Una cucina vera, ingredienti di qualità. Un esempio? Abbiamo mangiato zucchine e fiori di zucca raccolti pochissime ore prima nel loro orto. Le uova? Delle galline che si possono vedere fuori dal locale, antipasto ricchissimo, pasta fatta in casa, carne...insomma, è come andare a pranzo da nonna. Mangi bene e tanto, tantissimo! Vietato saltare le portate? Il signor Franco davvero una brava persona come lo staff... X nn parlare della cucina davvero tu casareccio e un sapore davvero all'antica. Lo consiglio a tutti anche x chi ha dei bambini vedere i vari animali è davvero una bella esperienza. A magnificent dive into the past A fantastic experience the very kind staff is very hospitable it seems to be part of their family. Mr. Franco is a really good person like the staff ... X nn talk about the really homemade cooking and a really old-fashioned flavor. I recommend it to everyone even for those with children to see the various animals is a really nice experience.
