M	Mario Mancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal Poeta si mangia superbamente, prodotti locali a km 0, arrosticini cotti al momento sulla griglia, carne buona come i primi, eccezionali, innaffiato il tutto dal buon vino. Poi se il Poeta ti delizia con le sue strofe, esci entusiasta e felice di aver ben speso il tuo tempo. Consigliato. Dal Poeta eats superbly, local products at km 0, kebabs cooked at the moment on the grill, meat as good as the first, exceptional, washed down with good wine. Then if the Poet delights you with his stanzas, go out enthusiastic and happy to have spent your time well. Recommended.

Quando abbiamo cenato, si sentivano le urla del proprietario del ristorante verso il suo dipendente. Non ricordo di essermi trovato in una situazione così imbarazzante come questa. Non ci tornerò mai più e consiglio a nessuno di andarci visto che sono totalmente e completamente contro gli abusi. Davvero vergognoso come il proprietario abbia maltrattato e usato violenza verbale nei confronti di un dipendente. The cook was good but the attention of the owners and the atmosphere were terrible. When we had dinner, we could hear the restaurant owner screaming at his employee. I don't remember being in such an embarrassing situation like this. I will never go back and recommend anyone to go there as I am totally and completely against abuse. Really shameful how the owner mistreated and used verbal violence against an employee.

Da amante dei luoghi informali e caserecci, posso dire di essermi trovato bene già dal momento in cui ho parcheggiato davanti all'ingresso. Dopo essermi accomodato al tavolo in una saletta ristorante curata ed accogliente, ho espresso al titolare la volontà di orientarmi solo su un secondo ed un contorno, così mi ha proposto di prendere il "Piatto Special", un mix di secondi di carne (pancetta di maiale di produzione propria cotta al forno 12 ore + uno spezzatino di vitello locale tenerissimo) accompagnato da contorni vari (cicoria ripassata + cavolo rosso): davvero tutto delizioso. Ho deciso poi di chiudere in bellezza con uno squisito tiramisù della casa e un caffè. Ammetto di aver passato un'ora abbondante davvero piacevole in questo ristorante, dove ho potuto apprezzare un'ottima cucina locale e un'atmosfera che mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. Se vi capita di passare per Posta (RI), fateci un salto! I decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant / farm during a motorcycle tour. As a lover of informal and home-made places, I can say that I felt comfortable right from the moment I parked in front of the entrance. After having sat down at the table in a well-kept and welcoming restaurant room, I expressed to the owner the desire to orient myself only on a second course and a side dish, so he proposed me to take the "Special Plate", a mix of meat main courses (pancetta di home-grown pork cooked in the oven for 12 hours + a very tender local veal stew) accompanied by various side dishes (sautéed chicory + red cabbage): really all delicious. I then decided to finish off with an exquisite homemade tiramisu and a coffee. I admit that I spent a really pleasant abundant hour in this restaurant, where I was able to appreciate excellent local cuisine and an atmosphere that made me feel at home. If you happen to go through the post office (RI), drop by!

Abbiamo mangiato ravioli con ripieno di funghi porcini conditi con butto e noci, chicche con il sugo della nonna, spezzatino di vitella cucinato lentamente per 24h...tutto ottimo. Porzioni giuste...e poi la crostata di more e la torta di mele...al.bacio! Alla fine un liquore alla liquirizia dove l'alcol si sentiva pochissimo! Da tornare senza dubbio! Grazie Paolo...Giorgio, Nicoletta, Marina Roberto e Federica Family welcome. Homemade cuisine all done by hand and well seasoned. We ate ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms dressed with butto and walnuts, goodies with grandma's sauce, veal stew cooked slowly for 24h ... all excellent. Right portions ... and then the blackberry tart and the apple pie ... al.bacio! At the end a licorice liqueur where the alcohol was very low! To come back without a doubt! Thanks Paolo ... Il Poeta è come il cascio sui maccheroni Persona umile, disponibile a soddisfare il cliente. Presto ci tornerò portando altri amici. We went to the poet for lunch, I was very satisfied with the welcome, availability and good food. The Poet is like the cascio on macaroni Humble person, willing to satisfy the customer. I'll be back soon bringing more friends.

Paolo, il poeta, è un accogliente padrone di casa… che ci ha consigliato con cura cosa scegliere tra i buonissimi piatti rigorosamente fatti in casa.. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo..tra l’altro a prezzi onestissimi… inoltre prima di andarcene Paolo ci ha recitato una sua poesia e ci ha fatto fare tante risate… non volevamo andare più via… Torneremo presto… grazie anche a Paola e Sabrina!!!! We happened upon it by chance today, returning from Terminillo, and upon entering we immediately felt at home….
