β β β β β Positive: All was fine with the hotel except for the owner. He was rude, intrusive and refused to speak to anyone except my brother. He had no idea of what hospitality was. Every other staff member was great.. Negative: The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the owner. His unprofessionalism started the minute we landed until the minute we left. If he was not there this property would get a great review. He ruined the entire experience..

β β β β β Positive: Communication with the owner prior to arriving was good. Breakfast was OK.. Negative: Website info stated there was a restaurant. Since we are traveling by bicycle this was important. Upon arriving, the owner told us the restaurant was closed. He did have a small party there. Even though he knew we had bike through the rain, he did not offer us any food (even bread and cold cuts). We were willing to pay for the food if offered. He told us there were restaurants in town we could bike to (it was raining lightly when we rode it). Although he was OK otherwise, he missed an opportunity to be gracious..
