A	Alex Biker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo prenotato con giorni di anticipo per il pranzo della domenica e pattuito un piatto unico per 18 €. Eravamo un gruppo di motociclisti, circa 30 persone. Lasciamo perdere la scomodità di certi posti a sedere, il piatto unico era scarso, veramente scarso, anche se molto buono (goulasch, polenta, canederlo e una fettina minuscola di formaggio). Alle nostre rimostranze è stata servita un'altra (minuscola) fettina di formaggio a testa. Alla nostra richiesta di portare del pane la risposta è stata che il pane era finito. Ma come, accetti una prenotazione per 30 persone e non ti preoccupi di approvvigionare pane a sufficienza? Peccato, perché il posto è bellissimo e il (poco) cibo era veramente gustoso. Ho voglia di tornare per capire se, in condizioni "normali", il trattamento sarebbe lo stesso. We had booked days in advance for Sunday lunch and agreed on a single dish for € 18. We were a group of motorcyclists, about 30 people. Let's forget the inconvenience of certain seats, the single dish was scarce, really scarce, even if very good (goulash, polenta, dumpling and a tiny slice of cheese). To our grievances, another (tiny) slice of cheese was served each. To our request to bring some bread the answer was that the bread was finished. Why, you accept a reservation for 30 people and don't worry about stocking up on enough bread? Too bad, because the place is beautiful and the (inexpensive) food was really tasty. I want to go back to see if, in "normal" conditions, the treatment would be the same.

Cordiali e simpaticissimi, lui, la mamma Paola ed il papà Bepi!! Non mi resta che tornare a trovarli e favorire della loro cucina, nonché delle camere con vista spettacolare! ? Beautiful surprise today !! Visiting one of my favorite places I discovered with immense pleasure that the Casera is reopened with the new management of Alessandro! Friendly and very nice, he, his mother Paola and his father Bepi !! I just have to come back to visit them and favor their cuisine, as well as rooms with spectacular views! ?
C	Claire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curiosi di provare la nuova gestione del locale, siamo stati accolti da un gran sorriso e simpatia delle cameriere (aspetto da evidenziare di questi tempi). Aperitivo con birra artigianale molto buona, tagliere di affettati (speck d'Agordo, salame di capra, ricotta con salsa di cipolla e zucca) molto saporiti, tagliatelle al ragù, strudel con grappa al miele. I faggi dipingono d'autunno il paesaggio incantevole della zona e l'impegno di queste ragazze fanno da cornice! Complimenti! Curious to try the new management of the restaurant, we were greeted by a great smile and sympathy from the waitresses (an aspect to be highlighted these days). Aperitif with very good craft beer, platter of cold cuts (speck d'Agordo, goat salami, ricotta with onion and pumpkin sauce), tagliatelle with meat sauce, strudel with honey grappa. The beech trees paint the enchanting landscape of the area in autumn and the commitment of these girls is the setting! Well done!

Siamo stati accolti da una signorina di una cortesia assoluta e dai gestori come persone di famiglia. Ci siamo accomodati, vista la bella giornata all' esterno e sono cominciate le sorprese..... Un antipasto fatto da crostini di pane farciti da una salsa di carne con un retro gusto di aglio, come primo gnocchi di zucca e per secondo stinco che per la prima volta non aveva il solito olio pesante, contornato da verdure lessate. Due generose birre artigianali, e siamo passati al dolce due panne cotte con confettura di sambuco. Il tutto un vero trionfo dei sapori. Per finire due grappe artigianali in attesa del tramonto. Andateci è stata un esperienza che non facevo da anni. Cinque stelle sono poche Located at the foot of a mountain, with a breathtaking view and an enchanting panorama. An appetizer made from croutons stuffed with a meat sauce with a retro taste of garlic, as a first pumpkin gnocchi and a second shank which for the first time did not have the usual heavy oil, surrounded by boiled vegetables. Two generous craft beers, and we switched to the dessert two panne cotte with elderberry jam. All this is a true triumph of flavors. Finally, two artisanal grappas waiting for the sunset. Tutti piatti particolari, quanto interessati. Una sincera selezione di vini. Una nota particolare alla simpatia e cordialità del proprietario. Former Malga Catte, brand new management. Alessandro, perfetto padrone di casa e profondo conoscitore del territorio, cuoco sopraffino; Paola, la mamma, rende l’atmosfera gradevole e ti fa sentire a casa; Bepi, il papà, ironico e simpatico. G	Giuly Giulietta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un giro in moto passando per la piana del Cansiglio e passando per Tambre siamo giunti alla casera Pal ...menù del giorno come da foto...Mangiato all'ombra con una veduta sulla vallata..il titolare molto cortese e ottimo cuoco..cose genuine e buona compagnia. Torneremo per fare un weekend perché hanno anche delle camere. A motorbike ride passing through the Cansiglio plain and passing through Tambre we reached the Casera Pal ... menu of the day as in the photo ... Eaten in the shade with a view over the valley .. the owner very courteous and excellent cook. . genuine things and good company. We will be back for a weekend as they also have rooms.
G	Giuseppe Sica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casera Pal..., dopo una bella passeggiata fino su ai pascoli lungo la via della transumanza delle greggi della tipica pecora alpaghese, bisognava ristorarci un pochino. Alla Casera l'accoglienza e un posto a sedere sulla terrazza con vista e due buone birre è proprio quello che ci voleva. Bella e accogliente nei dettagli l'esterno e due titolari molto simpatici e preparati. Abbiamo assaggiato una fetta di strudel veramente ottimo con frutta fresca e pasta fatta in casa...per me il miglior strudel mangiato. Bisognerà tornare per assaggiare altre specialità e gustare un po di tranquillità. At the Casera the welcome and a seat on the terrace with a view and two good beers is just what we needed. Beautiful and welcoming in the details of the exterior and two very nice and prepared owners. We tasted a really good slice of strudel with fresh fruit and homemade pasta ... for me the best strudel eaten. We will have to come back to taste other specialties and enjoy some tranquility.
