The cascina has been renovated with decent material. It looks fantastic and the rooms are very stylish and cosy. Even a big bathtub for colder days in autumn ☺️
Close to the beautiful and culinarily city Cuneo as well as to the famous wine region Barolo.
We can really recommend Cascina Fabbrica and we‘ll be back for mountain biking in Piemont!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very new, very modern, very stylish and tasteful interior, very clean, friendly owner, great breakfast with homemade bio-products! 5 stars B&B! Not possible to find such quality accommodation for this price in the whole area.. Negative: Just one small thing: we had a room with a balcony and it would be good to have a small table and a pair of chairs to be able to sit there and to enjoy the view. And yes, don’t forget to bring your spray or something against the mosquitos - they seem to like this beautiful place as well :)).

The host was giving us a lot of tips for hiking trips and has a excellent knowlege about the mountain areas.. Negative: There is nothing to complain about..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: With ratings so high and an average score of 9,8, I definitely expected something good of this Agriturismo, but it still exceeded my expectations. The room was equipped with all modern conveniences one could ask for (really pleasant temperature control) and the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast was also the best one so far in Italy. But what really made this stay exceptional, is the excellent hosting of Alberto and Paola. Hospitality is really in their veins. They go above and beyond when it comes to providing information and helping you out. If you’re looking for a very comfortable stay in the region of Piedmont, look no further!.
