Tenerissimo, cotto in maniera sapiente e dal sapore unico, ha deliziato tutti noi. Avremmo voluto abbracciare lo chef. Ottimo pure il roastbeef. La grande gentilezza del personale e la bontà delle materie prime impiegate fanno dimenticare che il servizio è un po' lento, ma probabilmente l'idea è anche quella di far vivere ai commensali una domenica di relax e noi, inoltre, abbiamo chiesto un menù fuori programma, vista la presenza di un intollerante al lattosio a cui sono state portate pietanze alternative molto, molto buone. Consiglio di fare una bella passeggiata tra gli animali della fattoria pulita e ordinata: è una bella esperienza. Davvero bravi! Very well-kept place, with beautiful farm and really good food.
