Credo di essere stata in uno dei posti più puliti, curati e dotati di ogni confort che ho visitato fin’ora nei dintorni, e posso dirlo con cognizione di causa, perché Sabaudia, Circeo e Terracina sono tappe fisse ogni estate. La gente che ci lavora ha compreso perfettamente cosa significa ripartire alla grande dopo un anno e mezzo così difficile. La gentilezza e la professionalità della proprietaria sono encomiabili. Siamo stati coccolati oltre ogni aspettativa: merenda in stanza, aperitivo sulla vasca della piscina, piatti dedicati alla bambina cucinati con la massima cura. Un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante. Il bel prato curato ed i giochi oer i bambini hanno permesso di far divertire anche nostra figlia di appena 14 mesi. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto, perché ha già il tutto esaurito, e siamo molto felici per loro! Reviewing this property for me is an honor as well as a pleasure. I believe I was in one of the cleanest, most well-kept and equipped with every comfort places that I have visited so far in the surrounding area, and I can say it with full knowledge of the facts, because Sabaudia, Circeo and Terracina are fixed stops every summer. The people who work there have understood perfectly what it means to start again after such a difficult year and a half. The owner's kindness and professionalism are commendable. We were pampered beyond all expectations: snack in the room, aperitif on the pool, dishes dedicated to the child cooked with the utmost care. A wonderful and relaxing stay. The beautiful manicured lawn and the games for the children allowed our 14-month-old daughter to have fun too. We hope to be back soon, because it is already sold out, and we are very happy for them!

La colazione buonissima, con torte, crostate e marmellate fatte da loro. Anche a cena si mangia magnificamente! La piscina stupenda e l’esterno curato nei minimi particolari con un prato addirittura meglio dell’olimpico! Giochi per bambini TOP. In una parola ECCEZIONALE, come eccezionali sono le persone che ci lavorano! This place is always a guarantee for us. The rooms are wonderful, new and spotless. The delicious breakfast, with cakes, pies and jams made by them. Even at dinner you can eat beautifully! The beautiful swimming pool and the exterior with attention to the smallest details with a lawn even better than the Olympic! TOP children's games. In a word EXCEPTIONAL, how exceptional are the people who work there!

Le camere sono meravigliose, nuove e pulitissime. La colazione buonissima, con torte, crostate fatte da loro . Anche il pranzo e la cena meravigliosamente buoni con prodotti di loro produzione. Particolare cura anche della piscina, sempre pulita. spazio giochi per bambini, e bellissimo prato curato nei minimi particolari . Il personale molto cortese e super attento al cliente e a ogni sua esigenza. Insomma in questo bel agriturismo abbiamo passato un magnifico week end. Ve lo straconsiglio tutto veramente eccezionale e con prezzi buoni. Truly a beautiful farmhouse in Sabaudia !. not far from the sea. Well connected and close to everything. Doccia larga e spaziosa. La posizione è invidiabile a due passi dal lago di Caprolace e dal mare delle dune di Sabaudia. A meno di un kilometro anche un Supermercato ed un bar. Qualche gioco all'esterno per i più piccoli e parcheggio. Ottima la colazione con torte e crostate fatte in casa Comfortable and spacious rooms, new windows, air conditioning. Only a few more hooks are missing in the bathroom, perhaps those for the heated towel rail. Large and spacious shower. The location is enviable a stone's throw from Lake Caprolace and the sea of the Sabaudia dunes. Less than a kilometer there is also a supermarket and a bar.
