Little competence .. little professionalism ... if you don't want to go into fire don't buy from them ... they didn't even deign after months to come and do an inspection of the damage created by themselves ... you had better change your job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una caldaia a pellet da circa 2 mesi.. non ha mai funzionato ossia per funzionare devo accenderla e spegnerla più volte.. abbiamo contattato questi signori dicendoci che un pezzo andrebbe sostituito ..nel frattempo sono passate le settimane e noi per riscaldare l’ambiente consumiamo 4 sacchi di pellet al giorno (22€) per 6/8 h di accensione ..

I bought a pellet boiler for about 2 months .. it never worked or to work I have to turn it on and off several times .. we contacted these gentlemen telling us that a piece should be replaced .. in the meantime the weeks have passed and we to heat the environment we consume 4 bags of pellets per day (€ 22) for 6/8 hours of ignition.

L’ho acquistata all’agristore partianna perchè hanno dei prezzi veramente competitivi ed erano gli unici ad averla in pronta consegna. È valsa la pena percorrere tutta la penisola!
Very satisfied! They are very kind, helpful, serious and efficient. I bought a pellet stove of excellent Italian brand and I arrived from Sicily to Turin in a few days and in perfect condition. I bought the agristore partianna because they have very competitive prices and were the only ones to have it ready for delivery. It is worth it to travel the whole peninsula!
