★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo ordinato mt 25x4 di rete ombreggiante di un tipo molto fitto e colore verde erba. Poi mi avete telefonato che, se volevo, avevate anche un pezzo da 100 mt intero con le stesse caratteristiche. Solo che mi avete mandato una rete a maglia più larga e colore molto più scuro.
Non è vero quanto afferma il proprietario perché io ho anche quella più chiara e ha una trama più fitta ed è risaputamente più costosa. La ditta non è affidabile.
 I had ordered 25x4 m of shading net of a very dense type and grass green color. Then you phoned me that, if I wanted, you also had a whole 100m piece with the same characteristics. Except you sent me a larger mesh net and a much darker color.
It is not true what the owner says because I also have the lighter one and it has a denser texture and it is known to be more expensive. The firm is not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una trivella manuale online su Amazon.
Innanzitutto il prodotto è stato consegnato con notevole ritardo rispetto alla data prevista e questo ci ha creato un primo disagio.
In secondo luogo la trivella arrivata è palesemente difforme da quella della foto online in quanto la coclea è fissata più in alto e non riesce a fare presa nel terreno. Abbiamo provato e on funziona.
Abbiamo chiesto il reso+rimborso ma l'azienda ha risposto che per il rimborso il prodotto deve essere senza segni di usura altrimenti non rimborsano.
Noi abbiamo richiesto il reso perchè il prodotto non funziona (dopo averlo provato) e non perchè non ci piace. Trovo poco corretta la gestione dell'ordine da parte del venditore.
NON CONSIGLIAMO IL PRODOTTO E NEMMENO IL VENDITORE.
We purchased a manual auger online on Amazon.
First of all, the product was delivered with considerable delay compared to the expected date and this created a first inconvenience.
Secondly, the auger arrived is clearly different from that of the online photo as the auger is fixed higher and cannot grip the ground. We tried it and it doesn't work.
We asked for the return + refund but the company replied that for the refund the product must be without signs of wear otherwise they will not refund.
We requested the return because the product doesn't work (after trying it) and not because we don't like it. I find the seller's order management incorrect.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT NOR THE SELLER.
