Alla richiesta di riparazione la risposta è sempre che risolverà nei prossimi giorni, tuttavia la realtà è che l'attesa è lunghissima e se Alfonso (il proprietario) non viene sollecitato l'attesa diventa addirittura infinita in quanto il cliente non verrà mai ricontattato.
Da segnalare anche il fatto che al minimo segno di usura di un pezzo Alfonso tende a volerlo cambiare subito, anche se è ancora in buone condizioni.
Le tariffe sono un furto. Vi consiglio di non averci mai a che fare.
I start by saying that the assistance is very bad. The answer to the repair request is always that it will resolve in the next few days, however the reality is that the wait is very long and if Alfonso (the owner) is not solicited, the wait becomes even infinite as the customer will never be contacted.
Also noteworthy is the fact that at the slightest sign of wear on a piece Alfonso tends to want to change it immediately, even if it is still in good condition.
The rates are a rip off. I advise you never to have anything to do with it.
