Peccato che non abbiano mai l'iniziativa di offrire ogni tanto uno sconto, anche di centesimi, a clienti di vecchia data come lo è la maggior parte.
Nessuno ne ha bisogno veramente, ma sono quei piccoli gesti che farebbero la differenza e, non essendoci, non la fanno.

Too bad they never take the initiative to offer a discount, even of cents, to long-time customers like most of them do.
