E' arrivato due giorni fa, aperto lo scatolo, notavo il coperchio ammaccato, gli mando la foto e mi dicono di montarlo lo stesso e che ci saremmo sentiti il giorno dopo. Nel montarlo trovo altri pezzi danneggiati, come vari graffi e parti con lo smalto saltato. faccio le foto le invio subito. il giorno dopo no rispondono più al telefono e solo tramite messaggi mi dicono che sono molto impegnati. Pessima esperienza, assistenza inesistente dopo aver speso una cifra importante. Fate attenzione!!! I will never buy in this shop again. through their online service I bought a barbecue. Ho ordinato una tenda da sole, una volta arrivata l'ho aperta e visionata notando un ammaccatura e una crepa nel rullo, cosa molto pericolosa in quanto si potrebbe spaccare cadendo in testa a qualcuno. Ho segnalato il problema al venditore e mi è stata chiesta la copia della riserva di visione del vettore non rilasciatami (cercando ovviamente di dare la colpa al trasportatore, quando l'imballo era perfetto, quindi improbabile, tipico scarica barile...) Dopo l'ennesima email, ho deciso di chiamare e mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato appena arrivato il "ragazzo", non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna chiamata né messaggio. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questa azienda, poco seri, menefreghisti e leggendo le altre recensioni non è la prima volta che si comportano così.
