Come letto su altre recensioni ordini una marca e te ne arriva un'altra 2 volte non una.... sono venuti a ritirare il reso la prima volta aspettando la spedizione corretta ma niente da fare ... arrivato ugualmente un'altra marca... sto aspettando il rimborso che credo non attiverà mai.... Ho acquistato una motosega ibea 4000 a prezzi introvabili lo consiglio come rivenditore

Sito molto ben preparato ma in fine dopo effettuato l ordine sono stato chiamato, molti prodotti non erano disponibili. E mi hanno mandato meno prodotti per un importo inferiore però ho pagato lo stesso prezzo del ordine completo. Non consiglio!

Grande disponibilità di prodotti, personale gentile e disponibile, mi hanno anche ordinato un prodotto non presente nel loro magazzino! Veloci nello spedire i prodotti, tutto ok.

Mi aggiungo alla lunga lista di clienti che dopo il bonifico (360 euro) non ricevono nulla, e sono passati mesi...

Le attrezzature ricevute rispecchiano le aspettative e un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, da migliorare sul sito l'effettiva disponibilità o meno degli articoli in negozio.

I ordered Germon L on the 14th of July 2021. It was supposed to be sent with DHL, but instead it was sent by DPD. The courier from DPD didn't ring my doorbell. Eventually I had to go to a gas station to collect it. It was extremely wrapped with plastic and inside was a carton box from an Italian washing powder brand. Inside that box I found the bottle that was extremely wrapped. I took off the wrapping and I discovered a damaged bottle that was only filled with 1/8 of a liquid. The rest of the liquid was hardly within the wrapping or box. This is not normal and very suspicious. It's so hard to get this product. I have paid the correct amount of money and I have spent lots of money on the shipping...and than I get this damaged product of which I think is most likely filled with something else. It looks like it's filled with some washing up liquid. I asked for a total refund, but didn't get it. I am extremely disappointed. I am a correct customer. I have a highly valuable collection of plants and I want to receive the highest possible quality of products and I am prepared to pay for it. It saddens me that so many people aren't correct anymore. If people pay the right amount of money for their products they should receive them in perfect mint condition. I am literally in shock. I will ask my close plant friends on Facebook if they have ever bought from this store. Because, this is not normal at all!!! I am so disappointed and furious. The manufacturer told me that this seller sells extremely old bottles. And he will get a warning from them. He is ruining the image of L. Gobbi. The very old bottles have a red lid. The seller has a picture of a new bottle with a white lid on his e-Bay account, but in reality he sells old plant growth bottles of Germon L with a red lid. Not sure if he only does it to foreigners or if he also scams Italians. I don't recommend buying from him.
