Scordatevi, per fortuna, farine industriali super raffinate ; qua emerge da subito e dalla curata confezione, sudore, pazienza e Amore. Prodotti di alta qualità e soprattutto unici ("di nicchia")... Quando si usano queste farine per realizzare pane, pasta o pizze già dalla lavorazione emergono odori e sfumature di colori di altri tempi. Le varie preparazioni pane e pizza hanno riscosso molto successo grazie appunto alla cura delle materie prime da me utilizzate....
