Farine antiche, mix con spezie, invenzioni fanno di una cucina povera una delle bontà da assaggiare e acquistare. Uova fresche di giornata, marmellate con spezie e il vero zafferano coltivato a ridosso del rione di Porta Sant'Angelo, che, nel Medio Evo, si apriva sul contado a nord della città dove dai toponimi si evince la produzione di prodotti semplici e buoni che arrivavano sulle mense dei perugini. Tutto ciò val bene una visita, un assaggio e perchè no, un bel regalo.....io me lo sono fatto....e voi ?. Well, besides authenticity and goodness, a little history never hurts. Ancient flours, mix with spices, inventions make poor cuisine one of the good things to taste and buy.
