Il Croissant al pistacchio buonissimo l’imposto leggero e delicato buona farcitura. Grissini friabili, leggeri ottimi sia al pomodoro che alle noci che alle olive. Focaccia alla patata viola ottima sia nell’impasto leggero e croccante. For my birthday I gave myself breakfast at AgriBiscotto Bakery Bistrot, which is super. The Pistachio Croissant is delicious with a light and delicate mixture, good filling. Crumbly, light breadsticks, excellent both with tomato, walnuts and olives. Purple potato focaccia excellent both in light and crunchy dough.

Però pane fatto bene, materie prime, lievitazione, cottura... tutto di ottima qualità (ne cito uno per tutti: il pane col lievito madre). Pizze e focacce al taglio molto raffinate, c'è sempre qualche novità. Pasticceria che sa farsi apprezzare per genuinità e raffinatezza. Ma è anche caffetteria, per me è la coccola della colazione al sabato mattina Primarily bakery. Ho provato solo un tagliere di formaggi, con formaggi da me selezionati all'interno di una vetrinetta gastronomica, e delle focacce romane. A mio gusto personale ho trovato i prodotti da forno un po' secchi e i formaggi non eccezionali, la gorgonzola dolce (di cui sono amante incondizionato da sempre) presentava un forte gusto di ammoniaca, segnalata la cosa in cassa mi è stato risposto che era buona così...ci sta, ma ci stanno anche le mie due stelle allora. The place is very nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was expecting something better from the products served. I only tried a cheese platter, with cheeses selected by me in a gastronomic display case, and some Roman focaccia. To my personal taste I found the baked goods a little dry and the cheeses not exceptional, the sweet gorgonzola (of which I have always been an unconditional lover) had a strong taste of ammonia, reported the thing in the cashier I was told that it was good so ... there is, but there are also my two stars then.
