Sono un cliente abituale ormai da anni, avevo un urgenza e dovevo prendere un bel sublimatore bello costoso, ci metto un ora di macchina per arrivare fino al loro negozio da casa mia. Ho incontrato traffico e ho chiamato il negozio (svariate volte perchè rispondono molto raramente facendo scattare spesso la segreteria) per dire che probabilmente avrei fatto ritardo e se avessero potuto aspettarmi anche solo pochi minuti.. anzi probabilmente sarei arrivato giusto giusto., ovviamente non mi sono venuti incontro e mi hanno detto chiaramente che non mi avrebbero aspettato nemmeno 30 secondi anzi.. credo che due minuti avrebbero potuto aspettarmi. é proprio vero che la gente dice di essere senza soldi ma la verità è che nessuno ha voglia di lavorare. Detto questo cambio negozio e fornitore, essendo ditta, nonostante mi fossi trovate generalmente bene ma niente di così speciale.! I have been a regular customer for years now, I had an urgency and I had to get a nice expensive sublimator, it takes me an hour by car to get to their shop from my home. I met traffic and I called the shop (several times because they very rarely answer by triggering the answering machine often) to say that I would probably be late and if they could have waited even just a few minutes .. in fact I probably would have arrived right right. they came to meet me and told me clearly that they would not have waited even 30 seconds on the contrary .. I think two minutes could have waited for me. It is true that people say they have no money but the truth is that nobody wants to work. Having said that I change shop and supplier, being a company, although I was generally happy but nothing so special.!
