Mi viene risposto che non lo trattavano ma ne avevano uno uguale sempre in granuli, stessa funzione. Vado a casa, lo apro, ed è in polvere, cosa che peraltro c'era scritta sulla confezione, cosa che il venditore sapeva e astutamente ha omesso e portato in cassa, PUR DI VENDERE. Questa polvere, della consistenza del borotalco, quindi non granuli, come avevo specificatamente richiesto, viene completamente ignorata dalle formiche. Contattato il venditore a cui dico che se vuole gli faccio un video, mi viene risposto che il prodotto era stata aperto, a sottendere che non me lo avrebbe sostituito, e solo dopo mie continue pressioni mi propone un buono. Se non avete il prodotto specifico evitate di vendere a tutti i costi spacciandolo per equivalente e poi negando di aver detto che "e' uguale", perché se vado in farmacia e mi propongono l'equivalente mi aspetto che sia come l'originale, che cambi solo il nome e che funzioni! È un luogo dove le piante si trovano a proprio agio, dove la natura è rispettata. Trovi un po' di tutto quello che ti serve per il tuo giardino, ma senza sovrastrutture inutili per attirare il cliente. Tutto bene ordinato e visibile. Il responsabile di una gentilezza unica molto competente e disponibile a dare suggerimenti e consigli. Non di meno il commesso che ci ha consigliato gli ortaggi. Biobiobio consigliatissimo!
