T	Tommaso Sensi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figlia dei proprietari molto scortese: hanno sbagliato a farci un resto (mancavano 30€) e ce ne siamo accorti soltanto una volta arrivati a casa. Dato che frequentiamo il posto da anni e dato che essendo un’agraria di paese ci conosciamo più o meno tutti, non pensavamo fosse un problema tornare e chiedere la differenza per avere la totalità del resto ma con nostra grande sorpresa (e anche dispiacere) siamo stati aggrediti dalla figlia della proprietaria che negava di aver sbagliato il resto (questa recensione esclude il comportamento dei veri proprietari del posto poiché sono sempre stati gentili e non posso assolutamente scrivere lamentele a loro riguardo). La cosa più assurda è la testardaggine con cui negava, preferendo perdere un cliente piuttosto che dare indietro i 30€ che gli spettavano di diritto. Dato che non potevamo provare che avesse effettivamente sbagliato, abbiamo chiesto di vedere se alla chiusura della cassa i soldi tornavano con il totale ma evidentemente la risposta negativa che ci è stata data significa che probabilmente non sempre emettono scontrino, dopo averglielo fatto notare ci hanno risposto che non è un nostro problema. Insomma, per 30€ ad un cliente fisso e di lunga data una scenata del genere è senza motivo. Ci sono persone adatte a stare al pubblico e altre che sono meno adatte. Since we have been attending the place for years and since we know each other more or less all of us, we didn't think it was a problem to come back and ask for the difference to get all the rest but to our great surprise (and also regret) we are been assaulted by the daughter of the owner who denied that she had the rest wrong (this review excludes the behavior of the real owners of the place as they have always been kind and I absolutely cannot write complaints about them). The most absurd thing is the stubbornness with which he denied, preferring to lose a customer rather than give back the 30 € that he was entitled to. Since we could not prove that he had actually made a mistake, we asked to see if at the closing of the cashier the money returned with the total but obviously the negative answer that was given to us means that probably they do not always issue a receipt, after having pointed it out they replied to us which is not our problem. In short, for 30 € to a regular and long-time customer such a scene is without reason. There are people who are suitable to be with the public and others who are less suitable.
