★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone molto affabili,ci hanno messo a nostro agio mentre passava il tempo per esplicare la pratica di sostituzione auto ma nel frattempo già il meccanico guardava la nostra auto. Hanno cercato in tutti i modi di non farci pesare troppo l'attesa.
 Very friendly people, they put us at ease while the time passed to carry out the practice of car replacement but in the meantime the mechanic was already looking at our car. They tried in every way not to make the wait too heavy.

The aforementioned company was commissioned by my insurance to collect my car for a breakdown. the courteous and helpful staff brought the car with the tow truck to my trusted workshop. Everything ok, thanks again

Ho fatto ritirare la mia C4 Picasso dalla loro officina per un guasto alla cinghia dell'alternatore. La mia polizza RC auto ha una convenzione con questa officina ed è stata incaricata, la sera del guasto, a ritirarla.
L'indomani ho chiamato per avere un preventivo e parlando con il responsabile delle vendite/officina (che non ricordo il nome) mi fa un preventivo telefonico per € 300,00 per un kit completo di cinghia alternatore+lavori.
Io accetto il preventivo e devo dire che l'officina da subito si mette a disposizione per farsi arrivare il kit (il guasto è capitato tra le festività di Capodanno e l'epifania) e rispondendo sempre con professionalità alle mie chiamate in cui chiedevo per sapere della messa a punto dell'autovettura (in quanto il kit da ordinare non era facilmente reperibile in zona).
In sintesi quando vado a ritirare l'auto al momento del pagamento mi vengono chieste €375,00€ anziché 300,00€ come preventivato!!!! Assurdo!!!
Chiedo spiegazioni e mi indigno per questa mancanza di TRASPARENZA!!!
La risposta che ottengo è: sig.Mazza si tratta dell'Iva.
Ma io ribadisco che non erano questi gli accordi telefonici per il preventivo e che avevo con me soltanto i soldi del preventivo.
Nulla, neanche di fronte alle mie proteste si giunge ad un accordo.
Vado via semore protestando ma chi mi ha accolto è stato letteralmente impassibile.
Per cui chi si reca presso questa autofficina si faccia scrivere chiaramente un preventivo per non incorrere in spiacevoli sorprese.
Metto le 2 stelle (mai fatto è la prima volta) solo per la scarsissima trasparenza di chi ha gestito l'operazione.
Bad experience.
I had my C4 Picasso picked up from their workshop due to an alternator belt failure. My third party liability insurance policy has an agreement with this workshop and was instructed, on the evening of the breakdown, to collect it.
The next day I called to get a quote and speaking with the sales / workshop manager (I can't remember the name) he gives me a phone quote for € 300.00 for a complete kit of alternator belt + works.
I accept the quote and I must say that the workshop immediately makes itself available to get the kit (the breakdown happened between the New Year's holidays and the Epiphany) and always responding professionally to my calls in which I asked to know the development of the car (as the kit to be ordered was not easily available in the area).
In summary, when I go to collect the car at the time of payment I am asked € 375.00 € instead of € 300.00 as estimated !!!! Absurd!!!
I ask for explanations and I am indignant for this lack of TRANSPARENCY !!!
The answer I get is: Mr. Mazza it is VAT.
But I repeat that these were not the telephone agreements for the estimate and that I only had the money from the estimate with me.
Nothing, not even in the face of my protests can an agreement be reached.
I always go away protesting but those who welcomed me were literally impassive.
So whoever goes to this garage must have a clearly written quote so as not to incur unpleasant surprises.
I put the 2 stars (never done it is the first time) only for the very low transparency of those who managed the operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soccorso stradale per il mio camper molto veloce; sono intervenuti subito per verificare il problema: pompa acqua rotta. Intervento concluso il giorno dopo. Siamo stati assistiti anche per auto a noleggio ed hotel per una notte. Fattura un po' costosa, ma alla fine siamo più che soddisfatti! Grazie a tutti voi!
Breakdown assistance for my camper very fast; they intervened immediately to verify the problem: broken water pump. Intervention concluded the next day. We were also assisted with rental cars and hotels for one night. A little expensive invoice, but in the end we are more than satisfied! Thank you all!
