Al contempo però devo ammettere che ultimamente ho riscontrato problemi con il contatto telefonico.
Ho chiamato,sono stata messa in attesa per parecchio tempo dopo di che ...vuoto!Mi è stato staccato il telefono senza nemmeno una risposta.
Ho richiamato dopo poco ma nulla..due squilli e subito risultava occupato!ho provato varie volte..la situazione era la medesima...uno/due squillo e poi occupato
Un mistero!
Dopo ore ho riprovato e finalmente mi ha risposto un
uomo che è stato molto disponibile cordiale e professionale!
Valuto 3 stelle perché dovreste migliorare “l assistenza telefonica”

I called back after a while but nothing ... two rings and immediately it was busy! I tried several times .. the situation was the same ... one / two ring and then busy
A mistery!
After hours I tried again and finally one answered
man who was very helpful friendly and professional!
I rate 3 stars because you should improve "phone support"

Sono stato contattato poco prima di Pasqua da questa agenzia.La centralinista è stata molto cordiale comunicandomi le promozioni di prestito riservate a me in quando ex cliente.Io non ero interessato e la centralinista è stata così gentile da augurarmi anche buona Pasqua.Fino a qui tt ok!
In questi giorni chiamo io l agenzia siccome ci avevo ripensato e avevo bisogno di liquidità.
Ho chiamato non so quante volte fino a quando finalmente mi hanno risposto!
Mi ha risposto una centralinista incompetente,per nulla professionale,mi ha messo in attesa non so qnt volte senza riuscire a rispondere con esattezza alle mie elementari domande!
Mi ha liquidato ad un certo punto dicendomi “deve venire qui..punto”!
Volevo dire a questa agenzia che la cortesia dovrebbe venire prima di tutto!
È vero che voi fare un piacere a noi...ma è anche vero che è grazie a noi che lavorate!!
La poca professionalità e il poco garbo mostatami a telefono mi ha sprinto a recarmi ad un altra sede!

I was contacted shortly before Easter by this agency. The receptionist was very friendly communicating to me the loan promotions reserved for me as a former client. I was not interested and the receptionist was kind enough to wish me also a Happy Easter. tt ok!
These days I call the agency because I thought better of it and needed liquidity.
I called I don't know how many times until they finally answered me!
An incompetent telephone operator replied, not at all professional, put me on hold I don't know qnt times without being able to answer exactly to my elementary questions!
He dismissed me at one point saying "must come here ... point"!
I wanted to tell this agency that courtesy should come first!
It is true that you please us ... but it is also true that it is thanks to us that you work !!
The lack of professionalism and the little kindness shown to me by phone pushed me to go to another location!
