★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Da quando ho acceso il finanziamento il loro call center mi importuna almeno venti volte al giorno con chiamate inopportune a tutte le ore del giorno per proposte commerciali che ho già declinato a più riprese. Da denuncia per molestie.
Bad experience. Since I started funding their call center annoys me at least twenty times a day with inappropriate calls at all hours of the day for commercial proposals that I have already declined several times. From report for harassment.

richiedo un preventivo per un prestito, la mattina stessa trovo un finanziamento a condizioni migliori, quindi richiedo il ritiro della pratica. "certo glielo mandiamo subito".... dopo 4 giorni di mail e telefonate scopro che dalla filiale che si è "occupata " della mia pratica, stanno temporeggiando e che la richiesta va eseguita tramite un altro canale. tutti sempre molto gentili certo, ma si divertono a far perdere tempo alla gente che LAVORA e che gli permette di mangiare.
se non mi fossi preoccupato di chiamare qualunque call center di questa azienda, la pratica sarebbe ancora aperta
