★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto è stato realizzato bene, ma la data di consegna non è stata rispettata (2 settimane di ritardo), rendendo l'acquisto completamente inutile.
EDIT: cambio da 2 stelle ad 1 stella, perché anziché ricevere la critica (fondata e veritiera) e migliorare il servizio, se la prendono con il cliente. Ironicamente postano una mail in cui confermano che avrebbero dovuto far arrivare subito 50 unità del prodotto (anziché 100), arrivate appunto con due settimane di ritardo rispetto alla data "garantita".
The product was made well, but the delivery date was not met (2 weeks late), making the purchase completely useless.
EDIT: I change from 2 stars to 1 star, because instead of receiving criticism (founded and truthful) and improving the service, they take it out on the customer. Ironically, they post an email confirming that 50 units of the product should have arrived immediately (instead of 100), which arrived two weeks later than the "guaranteed" date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ricevuto i biglietti da visita nobilitati con scritte a rilievo semplicemente straordinari in tempi record prima di Ferragosto dopo una attenta interazione con diverse opzioni. Rappresento una azienda di Roma estremamente esigente del settore lusso con un team abituato al 'bello' ma nonostante ciò sono rimasti sbalorditi. Il prezzo è più che onesto.
Consiglio vivamente.
PS un plauso particolare a Romina per aver coniugato garbo professionalità e allegria.
We received the business cards ennobled with simply extraordinary relief lettering in record time before August 15th after a careful interaction with different options. I represent an extremely demanding company from Rome in the luxury sector with a team accustomed to the 'beautiful' but despite this they were amazed. The price is more than fair.
I highly recommend.
PS a special applause to Romina for having combined gracefulness, professionalism and cheerfulness.
