S	Sara Cigolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un po' scettica all'inizio, trattandosi di aste ma vedevo anche un'opportunità quindi mi sono fidata e contattando l'Agenzia delle aste a Brescia, la signorina Giulia, si è impegnata nel seguirci dall'inizio alla fine dell'operazione. La faccio breve, non l'ho mai sentita, se non quando l'ho dovuta chiamare io, è stata presente solo nel bonifico di €244 e per fortuna non ho pagato i 488. Il tutto per mandarmi un link una volta la settimana con le stesse offerte e quando ho trovato l'opportunità la signorina Giulia è sparita.! Ho provato a chiamarla, Ho provato a chiamare il suo ufficio ho continuato a richiedere un sopralluogo che non ho mai fatto presso un immobile che mi interessava. Nel complesso potrei dire che o cambia lavoro questa signorina oppure vorrei la restituzione del bonifico in quanto non mi sono sentita seguita e nemmeno visto il servizio!. Nel complesso pessimo sicuramente troverò altre strade o altri consulenti per affrontare questa idea di investimento. Overall bad, I will certainly find other ways or other consultants to deal with this investment idea.

Poi ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Maria Elena Madeo dalla sede di Romano di Lombardia che aveva preso a cuore il mio problema, e si era mossa immediatamente nel trattare con la banca e grazie al suo impegno e professionalità è riuscita raggiungere l'obiettivo di vendere l'immobile a saldo e stralcio. Ora mi sono liberata dal incubo di avere un debito per vita, spesso ci vuole fortuna nel conoscere persone giuste nel tempo giusto. Lo staff mi ha spiegato in modo chiaro e lineare il sistema, i pro e i contro in ogni occasione e mi hanno seguito in tutto il processo quindi posso solo dire GRAZIE di cuore a Manuela, Erika e Filippo! Siete i migliori! Se si vuole partecipare ad un'asta sappiate che chiedono il 6% anticipato con assegni , il doppio di quanto chiedono gli agenti immobiliari. Le informazioni che vi forniscono col dossier sono tutte reperibili online sul sito dell'asta. Fanno bene i documenti per partecipare all'asta e di questo ne do atto. Ma il prezzo è esagerato I was able to use the services of Agl Real Estate Auctions in Florence but beware, the contract does not indicate the services included in the price. If you want to participate in an auction, know that they ask for 6% in advance with checks, double what real estate agents ask. The information they provide you with the dossier can all be found online on the auction site. The documents are right to participate in the auction and I acknowledge this. But the price is exaggerated

Arrivo alle 11 puntuale come un orologio svizzero e proprio in quell' istante stavano entrando altre persone in ufficio, così nel frattempo resto fuori ad aspettare. La segretaria nel frattempo mi dice gentilmente che le persone appena entrate non avevano appuntamento e che sarebbero uscite da lì a breve perché volevano solo delle informazioni veloci. Alle 11:15 mi alzo vado via considerando questo tipo di comportamento poco serio. Ora leggendo le altre recensioni su richieste di denaro ecc... mi rendo conto che i miei presentimenti non erano infondati. I went to the first appointment today to ask for info.
