Inutile dire che non sono andato il giorno dopo, né, ovviamente andrò mai più.
Capisco la tolleranza dell'orario di chiusura, si poteva capire, ma "mi spiace" a un cliente non è il massimo da dire.
Se si potessero dare 0 stelle le darei

Needless to say, I didn't go the next day, nor, of course, will never go again.
I understand the tolerance of the closing time, you could understand, but "I'm sorry" to a customer is not the best to say.
