La ricerca della casa che cercavo per le vacanze è avvenuta prima in internet, attraverso il bel sito dell’agenzia Centro Storico, poi telefonicamente, parlando col titolare Gianluca Marseglia che ha saputo indirizzarmi verso gli immobili più vicini alle mie necessità e ai miei gusti. Alla prima identificazione di alcuni immobili, attraverso il sito e le conversazioni telefoniche, è seguita la visita a Ostuni presso l’agenzia e poi la camminata nei vicoli alti del borgo medievale. Ho subito avuto modo di apprezzare il fare garbato con cui il giovane signor Marseglia mi presentava le abitazioni, senza enfasi alcuna ma con chiarezza d’informazioni e attenzione verso le mie richieste. Mi sono trovato a mio agio e ho avvertito quanto per lui la singola casa fosse integrata con l’incantevole paese di Ostuni e la sua gente, ricevendo la bella sensazione di non comprare soltanto un immobile, ma tradizioni e storia ed è così che adesso, un piccolo pezzo di quel mondo entrerà a far parte della mia famiglia.
The Centro Storico Real Estate Agency is an agency that has been able to meet my needs and the requests of my family by providing precise and detailed information. The search for the house I was looking for for the holidays took place first on the internet, through the beautiful website of the Centro Storico agency, then by telephone, talking to the owner Gianluca Marseglia who was able to direct me to the properties closest to my needs and tastes. The first identification of some properties, through the website and telephone conversations, was followed by a visit to Ostuni at the agency and then a walk in the high alleys of the medieval village. I immediately had the opportunity to appreciate the polite manner with which the young Mr. Marseglia presented the houses to me, without any emphasis but with clarity of information and attention to my requests. I found myself at ease and I felt how much for him the single house was integrated with the enchanting town of Ostuni and its people, receiving the good feeling of not only buying a property, but traditions and history and that's how it is now, a small piece of that world will become part of my family.

Dopo una prima visita del titolare Gianluca, è stato fissato un secondo appuntamento a cui mai più nessuno si è presentato!! Contattato al telefono il titolare Gianluca, quest' ultimo è divenuto irreperibile rinviando l appuntamento per " strane " motivazioni!! Scarsa professionalità...Non potrei mai affidare il mio appartamento a chi non garantisce fiducia, affidabilità e correttezza professionale!! Da SCARTARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
Dissatisfattiissimi..we contacted the agency to rent one of our apartments located in Ostuni. After a first visit by the owner Gianluca, a second appointment has been set for which no one has ever presented himself! Contacted the owner Gianluca on the phone, this last one has become unavailable postponing the appointment for "strange" reasons !! Poor professionalism ... I could never entrust my apartment to those who do not guarantee trust, reliability and professional accuracy !! TO BE ABSOLUTELY !!!

Con Gianluca invece ho trovato quello che cercavo ad un ottimo prezzo e sono rimasto molto ma molto soddisfatto!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve had a wonderful experience with Agenzia Immobilare Centro Storico. Gianluca, the owner, immediately understood what we wished and provided a long list of options. We didn’t find what we were looking for during our stay but Gianluca kept searching and contacted us later with information on a lovely property. We went to visit again and fell in love with it. We now own it! Gianluca has a good understanding of the market and has a very good eye for value. Being expats we also had to deal with the particularities of purchasing in Italy, again, Gianluca provided efficient assistance and hence made it an extremely and pleasurable experience. Based on our experience, we would recommend Agenzia Immobilare Centro Storico any time.
