In un momento come questo a parità di altre agenzie che non si sono comportate così...difronte ad un viaggio non goduto ci siamo visti decurtare dall'acconto versato ben 700€. Peccato perché dopo diversi viaggi organizzati con voi sicuramente ora non torneremo più e la sconsiglieremo vivamente ad amici e conoscenti. Unfortunately, the 0 star option is missing! m	martina rizzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto il dispiacere di prenotare un viaggio con questa agenzia per fine marzo, causa covid ho posticipato (una settimana prima del lockdown) tale viaggio a fine settembre, preciso che a fine marzo non è partito nessuno ovviamente! Tra le varie mail liquidate con un: è troppo presto, la sua pratica la valuteremo quando sarà ora, avevo richiesto più volte un voucher da utilizzare più avanti e non ho mai avuto risposta. Ad agosto mi confermano che anche il viaggio di fine settembre viene cancellato e che mi verrà rimborsato tutto. Poi la rettifica: visto che ho posticipato il viaggio una settimana prima del lockdown mi verrà trattenuta la penale. Penso che la serietà di un'agenzia si veda nel venire incontro al cliente anche perchè il lockdown l'abbiamo subito tutti, penale o non penale, qui non si parla di pochi euro ma di centinaia che in questo periodo fanno molto comodo a chi è rimasto a casa dal lavoro e magari senza stipendio per mesi e si ritrova a dover pagare per ben 2 viaggi inesistenti!! Infatti altre agenzie hanno adottato, senza nessuna pretesa, la politica del rimborso totale vista l'emergenza in atto. Evidentemente qui la politica adottata è un altra.. In August they confirm that the trip at the end of September is also canceled and that I will be refunded everything. Then the correction: since I postponed the trip a week before the lockdown, the penalty will be withheld. I think that the seriousness of an agency can be seen in meeting the customer also because we have all suffered the lockdown, criminal or non-criminal, here we are not talking about a few euros but hundreds that in this period are very convenient for those who are stayed home from work and maybe without a salary for months and finds himself having to pay for 2 non-existent trips !! In fact, other agencies have adopted, without any pretense, the full refund policy given the emergency in progress. Obviously, the policy adopted here is another ..
